Perfect stay in Phuket!

Pros: Very nice building with great view and great service! We also ordered the barbecue which is a huge portion and tasted very good!

Pros: Had the 4BR villa. Facility is great. Spacious living area, pool with good view to the sea, and rooftop spacious with having a nice sofa to enjoy the view and breeze. The team is super responsive to all the question you had in using the facility like hot water, aircond. Breakfast is just nicely cooked and served in the villa when you’re awake. Also special thanks the team for my lost personal belongings reclaim.

Pros: Nice equipped big villa, lots of bathrooms, apart from road, so is not loudly place. You can make it by foot to Kata beach 15-20 min or taxi 250 BTH. If you have moped - 4 min. Very friendly staff ready to assist in any matter

Cons: From time to time we had problem with water supply (pressure, temperature etc) which also affected pool system. They fixed quickly but when problem repeated just gave us another villa and helped with bags to drop from one place to other even if it is 1 min walk. Tech problems might happen and they solved it very professional way

Pros: The villa was such a beautiful place, we had the best time staying there after we moved from somewhere we wasn't happy with. The beds are comfortable and the staff were lovely! Highly recommend!

Great view with good hospitality

Pros: We had a wonderful relax holiday thanks to Kata Sea View villas for exceptional hospitality. Our villa was spacious and well equipped and cleanliness was maintained everyday. Friendly staff always there to assist you if we needed anything.Overall it was wonderful stay.

Vi fik først en villa der ikke levede op til forventningerne pga en udsigt kun til hustage. Vi blev dagen efter flyttet

Pros: God restaurant på stedet. Meget sødt personale, både i reception og housekeeping. Meget plads. God pool. Godt til at flere par holder ferie sammen hvor man vil have privatliv på værelser ne.

Cons: Lidt langt fra byen(10 minutter med tuktuk- 300 baht). Villaen er meget stor og på mange plan hvilket giver rigtig mange trapper og en følelse af at bo meget spredt.

Pros: Утром приходят и готовят завтрак. Завтрак можно выбрать из 4х вариантов, к удобному вам времени. Далее уборка. Сотрудники всегда на связи, и выполняют просьбы! Мы просили гриль, лежаки и ножи. Принесли просекко в качестве извинения за кратковременное отсутствие воды. Места общего пользования отличные, гостиная, бассейн, гриль и беседка на крыше.

Cons: Мастер спальня хорошая, большая, без особого вида. Спальня на 2 уровне маленькая. Спальни на -1 этаже метров по 20, но шумит насосное оборудование. Насосы выключаются и включаются автоматически, в 10 включение, в 22 отключение. Но после выключения шум текущей воды сохраняется. Детям было всё равно, но взрослым не очень.
