Boutique hotel in Kata

Pros: Room is nicely decorated, this is definitely not your typical hotel room. Great bath, big round bed. Very quiet, no noise from outside, very dark at night. Location is great close to kata beach (15min walk, 2min scooter). The owner is the nicest guy, always helpful.

Cons: Breakfast wasnt good. Great choice but sometimes cold, sometimes not available. Served in wooden picnic boxes, with all plastic inside, could be better. Coffee in front is very nice. Pool is cold (not much sun due to the orientation). Too many \

A truly enjoyable stay with everything you could need

Pros: Amazing amenities. I could have spent the whole day in the pool, even though Kata Beach is only 10 minutes away. The hotel is perfectly located between two 7/11 stores, so grabbing anything you need is super easy, and you can even order your favorites from there for breakfast. The staff are incredibly kind and always eager to help, and the breakfast is excellent, served hot and exactly at the time you request. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, thoughtfully themed, and the showers are fantastic, with great water pressure and a really relaxing feel.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel – everything was comfortable and overall exceeded our expectations. The room was absolutely fantastic for families with small children. We were genuinely surprised and delighted to find a ball pit inside the room – our kids loved it, and it made the stay even more special. If we had to mention anything to improve, it would be slightly softer mattresses, a bit more variety in the breakfast menu, and having at least one English-language TV channel, as we couldn’t understand the existing ones. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the friendly atmosphere and comfort. Thank you for a lovely stay – we would be happy to return!

Pros: Очень продуманное до мелочей отель. Сам владелец очень вовлеченный, сам показал номер, сам лично свозил на пляж. Очень приятный персонал, во всех вопросах помогли, не остались в стороне.

Pros: Naprosto nejlepší majitel! Nic nebyl problém, se vším nám pomohl a vyšel nám ve všem vstříc. Ubytování čisté, personál milí. Skvělý bazén i snídaně až na terasu. Milujeme a doporučujeme!!! Nadstandardní služby!!!

Cons: 1. Бронируйте заранее, по факту очень дорого 2. Мало мест на парковке, максимум на 5 мопедов и 2 машины 3. завтрак не шведский стол. Приносят по факту и там как повезет.
