Wonderful relaxing holiday

Pros: Breakfast was good nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were always welcoming, polite and served you with a smile on there face The staff is what makes this hotel a great place to stay.

The best hotel we have stayed in in Phuket

Pros: The staff is fantastic, rooms are big and have everything you need. And the location is very good for us. It is in a quiet location, but close to good and reasonable restaurants! We are sooo glad we found this hotel last year!

Lovely room and pool set up, in a good location

Pros: Lovely spacious room leading to small private patio with sun loungers and pool shared with 4 other similar rooms. Our patio was not overlooked and in the shade which was perfect for us. Breakfast was great, a huge changing selection every day. Lots of places to eat in the local area. There’s a shuttle to the beach but it’s not far to walk.

Cons: There was a price list for the mini bar, but also for damages which listed every item in the room! The bathroom also had a weird smell.

This was really amazing stay i would recommend it, but please don’t take the van if you want to go to Kata

Pros: It feels very luxory and it is like you have your own house. The Netflix worked. The breakfast is the best and staff are really helpful and friendly. We checked in at midnight and there were no problem about that. Everything was clean, we got wather every day. I can’t stop thinking about the breakfast ;)

Cons: The property is far from the beach and i really don’t recommend their van witch drives to the beach. We used it once and we drive for 1 hour. By foot we needed like 10 minutes. If you need ti go to Karen beach mby it is ok. But for Kata it is waste of time.

Pros: I have stayed at the hotel twice. Excellent location. Staff go above and beyond and are always friendly. Hotel always clean. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of tasty food. Definitely staying again.

Quite oasis, not so far to beautiful beaches.

Pros: 1. Room: big, spacious , immense and very comfortable bed. Yes, it may need some retouches, but everything is properly functioning. Big balcony facing the pool and very pleasant and quiet interior gardens. Air conditioning is perfectly functioning 2. Breakfast is very good , especially the egg and waffle live cooking station. 3. Personnel very helpful and kind, always smiling.

Cons: Everything was ok.

Fantastic Hotel, loved the pool access

Pros: Pool access room was amazing, we absolutely loved it. We asked to be roomed on the sunny side, which was no problem. Food and beers are cheap. In a good location with lots of local small Thai restaurants nearby but close enough to the main beach. They provide a shuttle to get to Karon and Kata Beach

Cons: Genuinely couldn’t fault it.

Overall a good stay and a good property with an excellent swimming pool

Pros: Mr Bird and Mr Tang were very nice and helpful. We were with our two infants and they were supportive.

Cons: The breakfast spread was limited for a 4 star property. Had to call the house keeping several time to get the room cleaned

Pros: The breakfast was really nice. They have a live waffle and egg station. The in house kitchen was pretty good so we ordered room service several times. The pool right next to the suite was super nice. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach every two hours and will pick you up later. We loved our stay here.

Pros: Everything is fantastic, but I have to give a compliment to the gentleman who makes the eggs in the morning, he's a fantastic and super friendly person.🍳🍳
