Great place to stay

Pros: Staff all very nice,a nice welcome too.The room was comfy and the Aircon was excellent.The location was really good and the Breakfast was very nice too.The pool area was a nice place to relax.

Pros: Super friendly, great location & although right in town its down a private road away from hustle and bustle. Wonderful having the quiet pool to relax by, and great restaurant by entrance. Rooms are big and spacious too.

Cons: We had to leave at the end of our holiday.

Great location and value for money

Pros: Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, nice pool, great location and value for money. The lady in charge of the property even went the extra mile to allow us to keep our luggage behind the desk after checking out. And she allowed us to use the pool/shower on our last day.

Cons: There was a slight inconvenience after the cleaner did not clean our room on the first night. A little hard to communicate due to language barrier. After we reported this, it was rectified.

Cute blutique style stay, big room, excellent staff

Pros: Booked Spice & Sea last minute and what a great surprise. Privately owned, the team takes great care of you, unlike many other big hotels. The warmth of hospitality is what made our stay special, attention to details and human interaction. Rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean and with plenty of natural light. Value for money like this one in Kata beach cannot be found, really happy with the choice. Fast internet, cold aircon and nice clean pool and staff speaks fluent english. All very pleasant - I highly recommend
