Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa

Pros: Great location with excellent staff and good breakfast.

Cons: Leaving a 5000 baht deposit.

Perfect location for a comfortable stay in quieter area of Phuket.

Pros: Superbly located hotel right on the beachfront. Excellent facilities available such as the swimming pool, restaurant and bar and close to other excellent restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

Cons: The resort is a little dated - some tiles missing in the pool, but overall this didn't detract from the stay.

Lovely stay

Pros: Very good hotel, friendly staff. Great location, beautiful area, large pools with warm water. The best thing is that the hotel is right on the beach 😍 There are many sunbeds near the pools and in the shade of trees with wonderful view of Bang Tao beach. The beach is clean, very good entrance to the sea, soft sand. Good breakfast. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. We were very pleased because we got an upgrade of our room to a bungalow. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Also many cafes open on the beach in the evenings. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Staff was brilliant and extremly friendly, always there to assist and help you when needed. Ample supply of sunbeds and the staff took care that no sunbeds could be reserved prior 9.30. Outstanding breakfast, even oat porridge was served every day, haven’t seen that in any Thai breakfast buffet before! The massage and spa services on site were much appreciated as well.

Cons: Loud musik from the restaurant in the evening (our room was quite close ti the restaurant)

Great location, with friendly and helpful staff

Pros: The staff are amzingly friendly and helpful, plenty of sunbeds and easy access to a wonderful beach, numerous resturants and bars. If you go out the front of the hotel a small street with shops, bars, resturants and Thai massage places. However inside the hotel Relaxy Massage was excellent!

Cons: Coffee at breakfast from the machine was Nescafe, need I say anymore, used to pop across the raos to 7/11 store for a good coffee and bring back while having breakfast.

Great location and food, excellent massages, but housekeeping and bar service need improvement.

Pros: The hotel is located on Bang Tao Beach, which is calm, not overcrowded, and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options suitable for both adults and children. The Christmas dinner was delicious, with a very large and diverse food selection. The massage area was outstanding, with professional therapists — highly recommended. I really appreciated the help from the staff when I accidentally left my sneakers at the hotel; they organized delivery to my next hotel.

Cons: The staff were quite slow at times. The bar cocktails were poor in quality; bartenders should improve their skills, especially with classic cocktails. Room cleaning was very poor and not up to a high standard. After several unsatisfactory cleanings, we used the “do not clean” sign.

Pros: Excellent location right on a beautiful clean beach with local restaurants and a few shops within walking distance Breakfast was good quality with a plentiful selection Staff were very friendly and accommodating

Cons: Our room had a very noisy air conditioning unit but needed to stay on all night due to the heat We had a two bedroom unit with an extra bed however the extra bed couldn't fit in the room with the two singles so had to be in the room with the double. This may be a consideration for those with older children/teens and were expecting some privacy.

Pros: Excellent expirience in hotel few steps from thw beach

Pros: Good seaside, soft sand, safficient quantity of sea beds, friendly staff

Cons: Towel system with cards is too complicated.
