Sawasdee Village

Great resort, really good facilities.

Pros: Was lovely and clean, all staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.

Pros: The pool was lovely and the restaurant was beautiful with a good breakfast selection.

Cons: Room was rather dated and it felt a bit like a motel.

We found this place very special and will always return when in Thailand

Pros: The hotel is incredible. A special and magical place. The best hotel we have stayed in when going to Thailand. It’s walkable to the shops, restaurants and beach. Yet once you enter the hotel you feel a world away from everything.

Cons: Having to leave!

Pros: It was a peaceful oasis to return to every day. The staff were all exceptional and always greeted you with a smile. We were fortunate to have one of their pool villas and were blown away by the rooms

Lovely oasis, beautifully decorated, and comfortable in busy Kata Beach

Pros: The Sawasdee Village is a peaceful oasis in very busy Kata Beach. The hotel is full of beautiful statues, architecture and artwork and is especially impressive at night with all the lights. Our room, although relatively small, was comfortable and quiet and we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly. The shuttle to the beach worked well.

Cons: The area right outside the hotel is not beautiful although there are some good restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: It was the calm in the midst of madness, Kata is a lovely place but very busy.

Pros: This hotel was amazing, the staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, the place was absolutely spotless, the pool was amazing, little touches all around the hotel gave you the real feeling of luxury and character, breakfast was well organized and delicious, security on the door was so helpful and efficient, would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing to not like here.

Pros: A tranquil zen energy sanctuary amidst a bustling neighborhood. The resort is stunning and the attention to fine detail is impressive. The staff are exceptional and our room was superb. Our stay here exceeded our expectations.
