Pros: Loved this hotel, the pool was lovely, was clean and spacious and the location was fantastic. 7/11 right outside the hotel and on a road that leads to the beach. lots of restaurants very close by. staff was lovely as well. stayed here for the first few days in thailand and was a lovely place to start off in

Nice place though slightly overpriced

Pros: Loved the pool area. The hotel is a little oasis in Kata. Good location for kata. Close enough to everything but not the chaos. The staff are lovely, friendly and so helpful.

Cons: Breakfast was poor and run in a cafe outside. Staff were super lovely just breakfast options were mediocre.

Quiet yet close to all - superb pool and overall value

Pros: Quiet, yet close to everything (few min walk). Superb pool. Very attentive staff

Pros: Very clean, helping staff, 7-eleven across the street

Cons: The only downside was that the pool closes every day at 10 PM for cleaning and remains unavailable until the morning.

Lovely accommodation ensuring a relaxing stay

Pros: Lovely poolside bungalows, large bathroom. Rooms were cleaned daily and thoroughly. Large fridge was useful for storing drinks/snacks, and there was also a kettle. The pool was not huge, but never busy and comfortable loungers to relax on. Location wise it was great, it was on a side road off a busy main street, but far enough to be a peaceful haven, whilst close enough to be able to walk there in a couple of minutes. Beach was about a 10 - 15 min walk. 7-11 opposite. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Good place to stay

Pros: Very good location with shops and restaurants nearby . The staff were exceptionally friendly

Cons: It was a bit dated and could do with a refurb on some areas

Excellent location, great staff, would return but ask for a room at the back by the pool.

Pros: Location was excellent, Katy at reception was so knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: We had one of the older rooms next to reception, it was spotlessly clean but bit noisy, could hear all the comings and goings and traffic from the road.

Highly recommend staying here!

Pros: The location of the resort is excellent, just a few minute walk away from the busy streets and beach. There are cheap and good cafes just across the street. The room is big and has everything needed. The pool area was also extremely nice and FYI there are turtles in the garden! Not to mentioned staff are very helpful and lovely:)

Good location in Kata. Rooms are airy, clean with big fridge. Make sure you book room facing pool

Cons: Impersonal . Not advertised that have to get the breakfast off the premises, poor breakfast and charged 3% on credit card payment
