Kata Palm Resort - SHA Plus

Excellent. We wanted to stay longer but not surprisingly they were fully booked

Pros: The staff were amazing. I am disabled and the waiter could not do more for me every morning at breakfast. He would help me up and down the steps and get everything I needed to the table. He was exceptional.

Cons: Very small lift to squeeze the wheelchair in :-/

Fantastic place to stay and will be back in the future

Pros: It was amazing, very friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were beautiful. Great location and close to the beach. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for having us.

Cons: Nothing if was perfect

Pros: Resort itself is very nice, there are various pools and amenities. The breakfast was good and there were many options. The beach is 10 minutes by walk. Near the resort are many stalls, shops, restaurants, bars etc.

Cons: Our room was little bit far from the reception (at the very end of the resort). It take some time to get to the main street from there.

Enjoyable with no problems hotel facilities and staff were excellent.

Pros: Position of the hotel and the general cleanliness and warm welcoming staff. Pool areas were very well manicured and made for a relaxing environment

Beautiful stay at Kata Palms, true holiday vibes with luxury pools and excellent location in Kata!

Pros: Beautiful resort in a super convenient location of Kata, lots of restaurants and shopping as soon as you leave the hotel. The pool zones are beautiful, lots of tropical vibes! Our room was gorgeous, if you're a couple try and get the Grand Deluxe room, they are super spacious, clean and very nice!

Cons: Check in process was slow, I saw other reviews about the hotel not having people's booking who had booked online and at one point I was worried we didn't have a room based on the staff check in process. They didn't give us two key cards immedietly when all couple's should recieve two cards. Bed could be softer as well but Thailand is known for rock hard beds.

Lovely quiet hotel

Pros: Lovely peaceful accommodation. Pool meandered through hotel very close to rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Cons: Beds a bit hard and wifi terrible in room. Ok by pool and in restaurants. No direct access to beach as Club Med taken over entire beach front.

Great stay in Kata at a hotel I recommend.

Pros: Traditional Thai resort hotel in good location. Plenty of trees and shade. Comfortable rooms. Polite and welcoming staff.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, except WiFi poor.

Pros: Breakfast was lovely, rooms spacious and comfortable, location was perfect for the beach and eating out, staff knew everyone's room number without having to ask, it felt very personal and warming

Cons: Some staff seemed to think they were doing you a favour by serving you, one pool bar attendant was much happier sitting on her phone and the walkways were quite dated, music played during breakfast was repetitive and like being stuck in an elevator!mattresses were very hard leading to a flare up of an old hip injury
