Splendid Sea View Resort

Gorgeous views of Kata Beach with great rooftop pool!

Pros: The rooftop pool and bar was the highlight of our stay! It overlooks a gorgeous view, which is even more special during sunset. We stayed over new years, so watching the fireworks from the rooftop was spectacular. The room was spacious and having a balcony was nice too. The staff were very lovely and accommodating!

Cons: The bed was quite firm, but the hotel staff did provide us with another mattress topper which made it more comfortable. At first we weren’t provided with new towels, water and toilet paper during the clean, but they provided it after we asked and moving forward. The menu is quite limited for dietaries - but great cocktail menu! The location is quite far from the main part of Kata Beach so we had to order grabs every time we wanted to go somewhere. It’s also on quite a steep hill, but very quiet and serene which was really nice.

Perfect stay, peaceful, very friendly staff and beautiful view

Pros: Peaceful modern small hotel with a family atmosphere and comfortable rest. The place is obviously special because of the pool area, where there is a beautiful view, because of the restaurant, the kind but not intrusive staff and the very few guests, so we relaxed as if we were at home in our own house. :) The beach is a comfortable distance away, even on foot, but the view and tranquility are worth the trip. If you come to Phuket, it's perfect as a first stop!

Cons: The room also has a small kitchenette, which is pointless because there is no equipment for it at all, and the restaurant of the hotel is just a few steps away, which is very fair, but it greatly reduces the size of the room, which is quite narrow, but ok for a few days.

Pros: The view from the rooftop is stunning especially when you're watching sunset from the swimming pool. The hotel has well maintained and green surroundings and the rooms are nice and clean. All the hotel staff we asked for someting were polite and helpful. Also need to mention after reading some reviews I was a little worried about breakfast but ultimately they were good and sufficient and the guy who served them always asked us what we preffer. I have to say besides a few shortcomings mentioned above our stay was enjoyable and I would come back to this hotel.

Cons: Due to the hotel location you will have to cross the four lane busy road when you want to walk (or drive) to the town. Also the rooms are lacking of kitchenware, plates, curtlery etc. I really don't undersdant as why there's kitchen fitted in the rooms but guests are basically not allowed to use it (except microwave oř Kettle). Also fitting some up to date smart TVs would be a bonus

Amazing sea and sunset views

Pros: Great location, slightly up the hill from Kata. Nice view of the ocean from the room and especially from the rooftop pool. Food is very nice from the restaurant also. Great staff, extended our stay multiple nights.

Cons: Bed could be a little softer

Pros: Location. Away from overt noise. Scenic viewpoint. The staff were very helpful. The rooftop pool is small but it has a lovely view from it. The food was well presented.

Cons: Musty smell from room due to high humidity and monsoon rain. Some of the fixture and fitting need attention. Breakfast is acceptable but not a lot of variety

Best Location, Best Value Best Hotel

Pros: The Location is Superb... Soaring Above Kata Beach from the Magnificent Pool deck And the Breakfast staff and his efforts to make something different Every day - Well Just superb

Perfection in Phuket......

Pros: I loved the quiet secluded location. The bedroom and balcony were delightful as was the breakfast and evening restaurant service. A very comfortable stay with perfect staff - so pleasant and friendly.

Cons: Nothing, but be aware there's a brief hill up to the residence.
