Cons: Pool is awkward size and to go in it’s more a feature , access is mainly for the rooms around the pool. It’s very small Your rooms for windows all around if your on the bottom floor so everyone can see you unless you close them

Loved, would stay again!

Pros: I’ve been on a 3-week trip across Southeast Asia and this was the cleanest of my stays. Immaculate. The staff were really helpful and the hotel is situated away from the main strip in a quieter part of town but there are still a lot of food options!

Cons: The pool was beautiful however the layout doesn’t allow for one to tan unless you’re in the pool. The chairs surrounding the pool belong to specific rooms anyway and even if they didn’t none of them get any sun.

Modern, Spacious Rooms. Service Could Be Smoother.

Pros: The room feels more like a spacious one-bedroom apartment than a hotel room. It’s very clean, modern, and well maintained, with a large terrace, a very comfortable bed, and a big bathroom. The location is decent, about a 15-minute walk from the beach. 200 baht taxi / tuk-tuk if you’re not in the mood to walk.

Cons: The staff are friendly and willing to help, but a bit inexperienced. On arrival, we almost were refused check-in because we hadn’t realised payment had to be made in cash. Despite having multiple bags with us, we had to insist on being allowed to drop our luggage first before going out to withdraw money. This made the check-in process stressful and unpleasant. The air conditioning works well but can be fiddly, as the remote doesn’t always connect easily. Staff is aware of that. Lastly, all balconies face the pool and each other, which was fine during a quiet period but may feel less private in peak season.

Enjoyed the stay would go back to these apartments

Pros: Location is fine, we were next to a path and road so at times a little noisy, apartments are a good size, very clean beds very comfortable

Pros: It was nice and quiet clean and tidy. The staff were good helped at every chance.

Cons: Not sure whether they offer breakfast in the high Season but there was no breakfast facilities at the time we were there.

Excellent property close to everything

Pros: Everything about this property was nice. It was fairly priced, spacious and very close to Kata beach, about 10 minutes walk. The pool was great too. We stayed here for a week and it was amazing. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The manager was very polite and friendly. Housekeeping girls were polite and smiling. We will stay again.
