The Naka Island

Pros: Real Luxury. Very special Villa, designed beautifuly with privat pull and great view.

Highly reccomended for R&R, the staff are amazing!

Pros: Really lovely boutique hotel Great food, staff, facilities, etc

Cons: Nothing to fault except the annoying jetskis that whizz around the beach. Not the hotels fault, but the only thing that spoilt the heaven !

Amazing relaxing family holiday

Pros: Everything was exceptional down to the little details. We stayed in a pool garden villa, it was spacious, comfy and had everything you would expect. Kids club and babysitter availability was excellent especially considering the hotel is on a island! The staff were helpful making it very easy to organise our stay. Even though they were full, the spa always had availability and we never felt crowded. The service, food, accomodation was at the standard of an Aman or Six Senses but at a fraction of the cost.

Cons: A Whatsapp chat would have made things a little easier. There was a couple of miscommunications over the phone so being able to msg would have been helpful.

Pros: The resort nestles amongst gentle hills and offers discrete comfort and relaxation. You can use the bellhop golf carts to transport yourself or you can walk on your own two legs! The level of relaxation is totally yours to choose the communication system is good and they know where you are and who you are when you request services.

Cons: I have no complaints about the property or its systems. The only thing I would add is the lovely rustic doorBell system. Requires an additional light or small bow by the pool because when you’re lying outside, you can’t tell who’s Bell is who’s.!!! This is the laziest minor inconvenient observation I’ve ever made

Pros: The service was very good. Everybody made a great effort and was friendly.

Cons: The island itself is a little sad. No need to leave the resort.

Pros: The staff is extremely kind and polite. Took care of everything we needed. The restaurants are extraordinary, I really recommend to reserve the half board option, really good stakes/ italian food are included. Very romantic island, Good for people who wants to rest.

Special mention to the exceptional staff - headed by Leyla and Benjamin who managed a minor problem with speed and grace

Pros: Stunning location nestled in a cove on a little island off Phuket. ( speedboat provided by hotel for transfers)

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like.

Perfection

Pros: We came back here as absolutely love it. Our son & daughter in law married here 2 years ago & we couldn’t wait to come back. Amazing room & love the pool & beach

Blissful few days in a paradise island.

Pros: We loved the charm of the village with its dragon gong myth! Our sea view villa with private pool was simply lovely and the staff were all exceptionally polite, respectful and helpful. We enjoyed the food at Tonsai restaurant and there was a great choice of breakfast foods. It was fun to be able to rent jet skis on the beach for a spin around the island. The spa offered very good massages. 🏝️

Cons: The service at some meals was a little slow, especially re coffee, although always polite. It would have been good to have a small convenience shop selling snacks and everyday holiday items.

Pros: The place is beautiful and the staff very professional and friendly. The beach in front is a bit disappointing as it is difficult to swim.
