A memorable relaxing stay!!!

Pros: We spent 8 unforgettable nights at this hotel and loved every moment. Perfectly located in the heart of Karon Beach, yet wonderfully tranquil, the hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms were immaculate, with comfortable beds(little hard but that’s normal in Thailand), a lovely shower, and daily attentive housekeeping. The swimming pools, gym, and sauna are beautifully maintained. Breakfast was generous, varied, and delicious. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. A truly relaxing and memorable stay.

Not bad hotel at all, quite good ratio price/quality

Pros: Located next to the beach, friendly staff. It was so kind from them to allow me to leave my luggage for several days before my arriving there for the duration for my another trip.

Cons: WiFi is uncomfortable, you must reconnect it so often. Plus the quality of it is not perfect. Quite flat breakfast, no variety options from day to day at all. But still you won’t be hungry. The view from the window was poor. All rooms on left side have ugly view to the metal roofs. Simple rooms design, sometimes with the old ceramic tiles and weird construction on the bathroom.

Great Hotel

Pros: The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The roof top pool was amazing and beautiful karon beach just across the road from the hotel.

Cons: The only down side was the breakfast. Plenty of choice. But all the hot food like eggs etc were cold. I did report it to reception after the second day. They said they would sort it. But nothing was done. Looking at many other reviews a lot of customers said the same. Such a shame as it let's the hotel down.

Nice clean room relaxing stay

Pros: Very good hotel, roof pools and saunas were great. Hotel right next to the beach. They had a laundry Matt to do your own clothes washing and drying good restaurants out front.

Fabulous fabulous and exceptional value for money!

Pros: It was perfect location on the beach front, we really enjoyed the variety of choices for breakfast, it was just delicious and for dinner there are lots of yum restaurants all around, staff exceptionally helpful, pools fabulous, we loved our 3 weeks there and will return 🤗 We looked at changing resorts but found we were in our perfect place
