Pros: The room was great! No complaints. It has the biggest bed i ever 👀. Lots of pools on the grounds. We were in the building no.7, behind is a pool which was rarely used by anyone else. The hotel lobby has a Starbucks. The waterpark crowded of course so we didn't even go there much. We did the reservation threw booking and we thought it was with the hotel, but it was with Stan who is the owner of the apartment. He meet us in the lobby. I was a bit confused and it seemed weird, but in the end all was ok. You have to leave 5000 baht deposit, which i missed on the booking site, so you know you have to leave it with stan. We had euros, so we left 100 euros and it was given back in the end. The location a bit far from everything but nice and calm.

Cons: Beach towels.... out of 6 days, we got the towels once. First day, we asked for them at 17:45, they give them until 18. Ok, I guess it was late.. then i came around 11 am and was told there where none left and to come back at 15. And one time, I asked around 9 am and was told I can't get them because we didn't book with the hotel and we don't have priority. I mean, ok and all, but you advertise at 5* hotel. This isn't 5* service.

Pros: Great location and the room with seating area and balcony ticked all the boxes for me..

The facilities within the room were very good and Stan and his wife was really helpful and always ready to solve any iss

Pros: The room was comfortable and the kitchenette was good bonus. All facilities within the room worked well.

Cons: The noise from the guests that arrived early morning and late at night. The coach load of people were very loud. This is a hotel problem as they did not control their guests and not the owner of this room. It sounded like a coach station every morning and night.

Pros: The room is inside a Hotel. The pool is great, the complex is really new and luxurious. The room is also quite luxurious and very clean. It also has a reasonable kitchen.

Cons: The room is very compact. We were traveling with 2 adults and a toddler - for that it was a little small. The room is not serviced.

Pros: Останавливались семьей 4 чел., прекрасно разместились в апартаментах, есть все необходимое для проживания, чисто и уютно! Территория чистая и ухоженная, несколько бассейнов, есть шезлонги и зонтики, спортзал! В шаговой доступности магазины, кафе, пляж Равай! Заселение и выселение - все четко по времени, хозяину апартаментов отдельное спасибо, всегда на связи, подскажет и ответит на интересующие вопросы!

Pros: Хорошее расположение, уютный номер, есть плитка, можно готовить завтраки или супчики

Cons: никаких проблем, все было ок!

Pros: In realtà ho alloggiato tramite il proprietario dell'appartamento, un gentilissimo signore Russo. La stanza era veramente pulita e molto ben arredata in stile moderno. Il bagno era molto bello. Posizione ottima vicino numerosi ristoranti. Comoda la navetta gratuita per la spiaggia di Nai Harn. Splendida la piscina a sfioro sul tetto, con bar annesso, soprattutto al tramonto ed in ore serali. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo
