Lots of comfort right by the beach in Karon

Pros: Very nice and comfortable hotel located next to the beach, and lots of restaurants closely as well as convenience stores. Lovely pool. I had a big room with lots of space. Enjoyed my stay a lot. Good breakfast too. Very nice staff too!

Pros: Location was good. Clean and tidy.nice staff. Tv films very good.

Cons: Pool drinks watery. Breakfast was just warm every morning. Little tight on the tea and coffee,n the room.

Pros: Nice and spacious rooms, great location across from the beach and close enough to everything, but far enough to not be bothered by the sometimes crazy side of Phuket. The staff was great! Special thanks to the woman working behind the bar, she was so nice and made a mean Cuba Libre :)

Cons: Phuket itself isn't the greatest, but this hotel was great!

A comfortable stay in a great location for a reasonable price.

Pros: The room had plenty of space, rooms cleaned daily, comfy bed. Plenty of storage. Breakfast had plenty of options, only thing I would have liked was fresh squeezed orange juice or similar, the juices were more like cordial. The beach is beautiful but in August the water is fairly rough with choppy waves, red flags on the beach often to bring awareness of rips etc. Just need to swim with care. The staff were amazing, courteous, helpful, friendly. Helped organize day trips etc. Quiet location too, entrance up a short laneway off the main road, but close to shops & beach.

Cons: The aircon was very efficient & certainly needed, coming out of winter in Australia, but it was a bit noisy, especially for sleeping. It was different for us putting the toilet paper in the bin instead of the toilet, but we got used to that.

Pros: The staff and everything else that comes with it. We went to Banana Beach in tge morning of the last day. Checked in 18/7 and checked out the next day. Checked out earlier and came back for the luggage later. But we needed to change and we had no towels. We were allowed to use the shower at the swimming pool and the gym and given towels too, with some deposit which was perfectly fine. We were so grateful to those at the front deak on 19/7. Tq so much. You all really made our day. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean too. Will return some day.

A great and affordable hotel

Pros: This hotel is right across the road from the beach, so super convenient. Hotel has a very long swimming pool, only thing missing is a couple of slides for the kids. Hotel breakfast is decent. We had a 2-bedroom apartment room which was very spacious, comfy, and 2 bathrooms. It served us very well. Now for the minor gripes, there were some tiny ants in the kitchen area and one of the bathrooms, we had to call someone to get these sprayed, I think this is a general problem though and quite a common issue in Phuket. The mattress was very comfortable, but the pillows were uncomfortable. One bathroom had a handy bidet and the other didn't. Having said this, the staff were so nice and friendly, we would come here again.
