Pros: The location, the rooms, the staff, we also got an upgradr to our room.

Cons: The internet signal was not good at all.

Great overall stay.

Pros: Rooms were clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Great location near Karon beach and great access to long tail boats and the islands.

Pros: Everything was great - you get beach towels, the beach is across the street and there’s 3 pool areas, in walking distance there are also good places to eat.

Cons: Good WiFi connection was not available in all parts of the hotel.

Pros: Very clean, lovely gardens and pool and centrally located

Great location with friendly staff

Pros: Great location opposite beach Karon Beach, restaurants and shops very close by and then only a short walk to Kata Beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was nice with an egg station and hot dishes that changed daily along with beautiful fruit and all the usuals. Pool and pool bar was great, the resort is being renovated in sections, while being respectful to guests.

We'd stay here again

Pros: The staff are all lovely. My son loved to find the hotel cat every day for a pat. The restaurant is good, although I feel that some of the breakfast items could be more covered/colder. The location was good for little walks and is right opposite the beach. We could walk to the dinosaur restaurant easily. Our room/villa was a good size with everything we needed. The bath tub in the entry patio area was a nice touch. Shower pressure was good too. The pools are great. The swim up bar pool wasn't open, but there were 3 others to use which were great.

Cons: If I had to find fault is that I booked a room specifically with 2 proper beds (1 double, 1 single), but we got one with 1 double and a floor fold out bed. This wouldn't usually be a problem, but we aren't travelling as a couple with a child, we are 2 adults and a child. So the double bed was for 1 adult and the child and the other bed was for the other adult. To have an adult on a fold out sofa isn't ideal, especially because that's grandma's bed. We shuffled and made it work, and we really enjoyed our stay regardless. We'd stay here again.

Pros: The property was well located, family friendly, clean and besides great food the staff were excellent. Great value for money and across the road from the beach. Definitely will be staying there in future trips.
