Pros: Nice hotel with all room direct access to the pools. Very good furnished private terrace. A little far from the shops, restaurants and the beach, but had a free shuttle service twice a day. Really nice garden with several pools, with always available sunbeds. The hotel has a very good spa, with a large choise of massage and other treatment, with a very affordable price. (Not a lot more expensive that local one in the streets).
Cons: Nothing, except the breakfast juice had an industrial taste. Could be better in a country where plenty of frest fruit is available all year long for almost no money. We experienced better in other hotel.

Pros and Cons, but ultimately enjoyed it.
Pros: Beautiful room, pool access from the room is awesome, and the pool is really nice! The meal by boat delivery is a cool experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good.
Cons: This was our 3rd accommodation in Thailand (1st Bangkok, then Chiang Mai, finally Phuket), and the only 5-star resort. Having never stayed in a 5-star, I guess my expectations were maybe unrealistic? I expected things to be better than at 4-star hotels, but instead I felt like everything was just a way to make extra money off of customers. In the other hotels we got free mosquito repellant and you could see there were little details showing extra care, for example the fruits were cute into hearts. Here is was done slap dash. Beds were SUPER hard, and I'm used to hard beds as I've lived in Korea for 13 years. Google maps show it's a 10 min walk to the beach, but all the beach roads are closed because they are through other hotels' private roads, so you have to walk quite far. The aircon barely worked and then we read the info in the guest book that it's set to go no lower than 26° to be eco friendly - this wasn't mentioned on the booking site. We were SO HOT. I called reception and in their defence they lowered the limit to 20° but as the aircon is so slow and the air so weak, the lowest it went was 22°. If you get hot easily, take that into consideration.

Pros: The hotel is quite large. The room turned out to be smaller than we expected — it was advertised as 40 square meters, but this apparently included the pool access. However, the room was very clean and beautifully designed. We had direct access to a lovely pool, which made our stay much more cozy. The room was clean and included bathrobes. The breakfast was tasty and varied. The distance to the beach is not very close, so having a scooter is necessary. We rented a scooter directly at the reception, which was very convenient. There is also an excellent massage salon next to the hotel.

3rd visit to this lovely place
Pros: This is our 3rd visit to this hotel . We absolutely love it . The staff are lovely and made a big fuss when we arrived . We got a free room upgrade and a wonderful 10% discount on any purchase’s made within the hotel , food , drinks , Spa facilities , etc for the duration of our stay . We spent a wonderful relaxing 2 weeks in the sun with everything we could possibly need . To our surprise The staff bought us a small present as our holiday came to an end as a token of their appreciation . How lovely !! See you on visit number 4 .
Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about .

Very hard beds opt for a twin room!
Pros: What a lovely hotel. Every room has a swim up room. With bars dotted around for drinks and food delivered by boat! Gorgeous!
Cons: The Christmas music drove me nuts. It was carols all day every day.. so if you're going at Christmas time, be warned. On our first night we got the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was beyond hard. We called reception, and within seconds, hotel staff came with 4 mattress toppers. The were the quilted type. Not memory foam, so did absolutely nothing. I couldn't sleep and cried from pain. The next morning, I spoke to the receptionist who moved us to a twin bedroom and the beds together, so it just looked like a huge bed. It was fabulous like sleeping on a cloud.
