Horange Phuket Town

Great little hotel with excellent staff

Pros: Really nice hotel in a great location. The room was comfortable and clean. Very close to restaurants and bars. The staff were really great, super friendly and even let my friend leave his bags for a few hours, though he was not staying at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

Convenient all-around location for digital nomads

Pros: - location - remote working space (with meeting room) - coffees / matchas in the morning in the cafe

Cons: - bathroom is small and shower is too close to wc and paper bin - small wardrobe space

Pros: Not too far at all from central we walked each day. Comfortable room. Slightly small but not an issue

Cons: No elevator, wasn’t an issue just something to note

Pros: I stayed there for 2 nights, it was awesome and the staffs were so kind and very good thank you :)

Pros: We liked the look of the hotel and the location at the heart of old Phuket town. The rooms are a bit small but the facilities are good. Though the smart door lock was quite annoying.

Cons: Inside the hotel, the space is very narrow and the rooms are very tiny as well. There is no lift and not much sitting option other than their cafe.

Excellent stay—clean, well-priced, and conveniently located with no complaints at all.

Pros: - Everything about the hotel met or exceeded my expectations. - The price was very reasonable. - Convenient location—about a 10-minute drive from the port to the Phi Phi Islands. - The room was extremely clean and well-organized.

Cons: - Nothing to complain about—no issues during my stay.

Pros: Elegant setup. Our room did not have any windows. The property is just 3 floors but it does not have an elevator.

Perfect place to stay in Phuket Old Town - exceptionally friendly staff too!

Pros: Great location close to the bus station and restaurants/bars - perfect as a base for exploring Phuket Old Town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, the bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in, and the coffee at breakfast was amazing, as were the huge croissants! We loved it so much here that we stayed an extra night and were sorry to leave. Thank you to the lovely people at Horange for looking after us so well during our stay :)

Great modern room, good value for money and perfect location for a stopover

Pros: Perfect modern hotel in a great location for a stopover and a quick visit to Phuket Old Town. Staff were friendly and cafe was nice. Great value for money.

Cons: There was a couple of times where we needed the front desk but no one was around and ended up going to a shop down the road to buy water etc.

Great food, great location and friendly staff!

Pros: The location is great. In close proximity to Old town and many good restaurants. The cafe downstairs has excellent service and my wife loved the coffee options. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The walls were a little thin, making the outside noise audible and also, there are no lift options for luggage but the staff were helpful enough to carry them for us.
