Excelllent highly recommend

Pros: Been here many years in a row very pleased overall with staff and facilities

Cons: Found it to be a little pricey this time otherwise awesome

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, clean facilities, great breakfast selection.

Cons: Omelette station chef could not understand basic English, request for simple Omelette with only ham and cheese not understood, 2 weeks of any kind of Omelette with random ingredients.

Lovely small hotel & great staff

Pros: Lovely staff and great location in middle of Karon Beach. It’s slightly dated but really, we were comfortable, had everything we needed and had a great time. Nice pool, very small basic gym but I used it daily anyway so it’s a good test of whether you really want to workout haha! Buses stop outside the property, beach is 2mins, 7 Eleven next door! (Don’t take bus to airport - it can take up to 3hrs!!)

Cons: I liked everything Just one request, for more options at breakfast with no meat - it’s not great for vegetarians, vegans, or people of many religions Ham in the rice, ham in the omelette, 4-5 meat curries plus sausage, ham, bacon etc!! :-)

Good option in a busy location.

Pros: Good location, clean hotel, good breakfast and quiet, comfortable room. Pool bar staff great.

Cons: Reception staff (some) at times were more interested in their phone than helping. Breakfast was delayed by 30mins one day which disrupted our plans.

Pros: This property was quite central to what we needed beach just over the road. Bus stops just up the road.

A nice week in Phuket

Pros: Location is perfect. Staff very kind just a bit poor english. Really nice beach in 100m. Many-many options to find shops,restaurants,etc in 500m. Breakfast is fine.

Pros: How easy access to your room was !! The staff were amazing !! My mum had a fall at the pool and shattered her shoulder getting out the pool ! Which resulted in surgery and metal plates put in ! At no fault to the hotel !! The staff were amazing ! They came with us to the hospital and stayed with us to ensure we was okay and went above and beyond their duties 10/10 very accommodating and checked my mum was okay !! Highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning 🤩 thank you so much ☺️

Cons: We have no complaints only that the pool needs rails to get out safely ! Everything else was perfect 🤩

Great place, great value for money.

Pros: Great location, great pool & the buffet breakie had a great variety & overlooking the beach was lovely. Lunch & dinner were very reasonably priced too - considering you can watch the sunset from there as well. We had a few hours to fill in before our flight home after our checkout time and the staff were very accommodating. They held our luggage, we used the pool & they allowed us to keep a pool towel & use a shower room to change for the airport. Booking a taxi with them was also very reasonably priced. Thank you for a great experience.

Cons: The hotel has 2 very long buildings and we stayed in the one in the back witch meant a few min walk to the restaurant (which is actually beachfront). Balcony is overlooking the next hotel
