Fantastic relaxing stay on Karon beach
Pros: We loved that it was in an area with great restaurants (would highly recommend the friendly restaurant) and near the beach but once you step inside, it is beautifully peaceful. We had a poolside room which is such a luxury stepping into a more relaxed dipping pool in front of your room. There were two other pools with jacuzzi jets, one with a swim up bar but none were ever too busy. There staff were super friendly and breakfast was great with fresh eggs and pancake station. We only had mango sticky rice and drinks at the hotel which were all fantastic. We would love to stay again!
Cons: Our room was opposite the generator for the pool which was a bit noisy but only heard when using the pool outside our room and not too bad.

Pros: Beautiful, well-maintained bungalows, very attractive on the outside. Lovely views of the bungalows and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The view from the room is stunning. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Wonderful staff. Highly recommended

Pros: It was very quiet and not too many people. Good location, close to a lot of cafes, restaurants etc and the beach (5min walk) but quiet and private. Staff were friendly and prices for food and drinks reasonable with happy hour promotions. The pool was clean, a cooling temperature and had a range of depths to choose from. We were in a poolside villa and really liked the direct access to the pool
Cons: Noisy air conditioning unit.

Tranquil stay in Karon
Pros: Gorgeous, tranquil, clean resort. The staff were very friendly and smiley and could not have been nicer. It was a very relaxed place, with a lovely pool. Our pool side villa was beautiful, traditional Thai decor, spacious, lovely bath, plenty of storage space. The resort isn’t in Karon town itself but thats why it’s so peaceful and tranquil. There are bars and restaurants in walking distance and town is a short ride away in a taxi or Tuk Tuk. Patong is also easily accessible by taxi. The reception team helped us book a wonderful spa experience. There are lots of cool trips in the local area. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice. Wonderful fresh fruit. Continental and hot food options for guests from UK, Europe and across Asia. I left some papers in our room by accident and the staff found them and sent them to me by what’s app, which was so helpful. I was delighted. They could not have made things easier.
Cons: Check out experience was odd. The gentleman at reception made us wait until they checked the room for any damage etc, and our taxi was waiting, so that was stressful. If we’d been warned that this was part of the check out process we would have factored that into our schedule. The gentleman on reception (who we hadn’t met before) then accused us of stealing a towel and demanded payment. We paid in cash, after haggling on the price to match the Thai Bhat that we had left on us which seemed odd because there would, I think, be set “prices” if guests want to keep (or have damaged) hotel property. We paid for our stay online by card and had paid a deposit upon arrival (in the usual way, for room service, damage etc) which the hotel would refund after check out so all of this seemed odd, unnecessary, and left a bad taste in my mouth. I suspect this was not part of the approved check out process. Despite the check out experience, I would stay again at this resort.

Excellent - quite and relaxing
Pros: Excellent facilities, the room was very clean and comfortable. We booked the private pool room and it was perfect for a relaxing stay.
Cons: I thought the breakfast was a little limited on options.

Pros: The resort was perfect for starting our holiday. It was quiet as was set back off the main road. Room with the pool at your doorstep literally was great, very relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable. Easy walking into to town. A good selection of breakfast, especially as they make scrambled eggs for you. Very enjoyable stay.
Cons: Nothing.
