1st time family holiday to thailand but will be back.

Pros: Location is perfect, very close to all amenities and beach is a 2 minute walk away. Restaurants and breakfast are always good and dont fail. Swim bar is nice an service is always quick an with a smile. Cleaning staff never stop and are always around to make sure the hotel is clean as well as ur room. Really enjoyed our stay here an would come back.

Relaxing family time by the pool

Pros: The water slides, large rooms, breakfast being included, and proximity to the beach and easy Grab ride to the Big Buddha and ATV tour.

Cons: Pillow (all too large and lumpy). Mattress could have been better but was nice for a few days.

Pros: Cant fault it. Perfect place for kids, even outside the resort which is much quiter than Patong and 30 second walk to the beach , awesome people.and just a great town

Pros: Staff where extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms okay but could do with upgrading. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

Cons: Not really the hotels fault but some very rude guests and so greedy and wasteful at breakfast time

Pros: The people here, the staff, are fabulous. Pools, rooms, waterslides are great.

Cons: There is a wonderful breakfast buffet, but the chef insists on cooking so far ahead that things are cold...pancakes, waffles, omelette etc

Pros: Clean, good food and bar. Very shot distance to varies of restaurants and the restaurant by the pool is top notch, although more expensive than outside the hotel but not overly so.

Cons: Hard to get sunbed by the pool, even though stated widely through the garden that reserving sunbeds was not allowed and claimed that staff were allowed to take the towels of the beds, we noticed people reserving benches and not stay there the whole day. Staff should be more aware and remove towels on the benches to allow more people to enjoy the garden.

Pros: Such a great hotel with super garden and pool area. Activities for children (kids room, small playground, pool slides etc). Room was also great with nice balcony, good beds, bathroom had all the toiletries. And the staff - so kind, lovely, helpful. I had a great experience and warm welcoming with Iva at the reception. Breakfast very ok, had all the basics and great selection of both continental and thai food.
