Great location

Pros: Breakfast has improved since my last stay two years ago. There are lots of non white bread and freshly made which were good. The gym has been upgraded which was nice. They had fresh lemon orange water inside the gym. The outdoor gym and ping pong were so good. We like the nice smell of freshness in the garden.

Cons: The receptionist was not as nice and her English was not good. The bed was too small.

Very nice stay in Karona

Pros: Very nice stay. Staff and room was very good and spacious. Hotel has all what you would expect from such luxury hotel. Also walking distance is quite long to all things, but garden and all nice plants just joy to walk to breakfast.

Cons: It is may be a little too expensive compared to Thailand.

Amazing 🤩

Pros: SO MANY facilities available for all kinds of people! Disabled friendly as well which is a huge plus. From the pool, to the beach, bar and restaurant, a crèche, activities, gym, on site spa. A lot to keep you busy!

Cons: Very hard to pick anything to be honest! If I was being really really pedantic, just a shame the pool closes a bit early a night time swim would be amazing.

Pros: Amazing resort. Perfect location. Very friendly staff and super clean room, we had penthouse villa which was stunning. The property is excellent for those who love resort styles. Will definitely return

Nice place to escape

Pros: Spacious, tranquility away from hustle and bustle. Great pool side bar.

I miss that place !

Pros: Located best place at Karon beach. Walkable everywhere. You can find shops, restaurants, bars, markets, massage places easily. Hotel outdoor and indoor designed well.

Cons: For the seaview room, there was no sofa. Their massage service is more expensive than the outdoor ones. When i call the reception for ordering water , service was too slow.

Beautiful room in a lovely location

Pros: Great location, just across the road from Karon Beach. Our room was very spacious and we loved the plunge pool, perfect for cooling off during the day. The pools were also nice, especially the Coconut Grove Pool, though wish it stayed open a little later than 6pm. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and was always well stocked. We also ate at the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was delicious.

Cons: Only thing I’d note is that the bathrooms lack privacy a little as there is a big window over the bath with no blind/coverage option. Just means that anyone else in the other areas of the room (bedroom, corridor, outdoor private space) can see directly into the space when anyone is using the bath/shower. May not bother couples, but just something to be aware of.

Pros: Hotel Paradox certainly deserves its 5 stars. A huge complex surrounded by beautiful greenery and vegetation. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is excellent, a large offer and very diverse. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. All my recommendations for this wonderful hotel!
