Kata Beachwalk Hotel and Bungalows

Really enjoyable stay, close to the beach and action for great price.

Pros: Location directly across from beach access and close to bars and restaurants. Clean and good value for money

Cons: Balcony is not private, windows exposed to other rooms. Can be a bit noisy from the street.

It was a good value for the money but if I were to return, I would most likely stay elsewhere.

Pros: The location is very nice so close to everything. The room was clean and the area was quiet except for the usual traffic noise

Cons: You have to walk past helps of beach trash bags and other waste to access the beach through the alley across the street. It wasn't a major turn off but it would be nice of they had a different option for trash collection. Space is at a premium there, and this is an example of where else would it go I suppose.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice room, amazing value for money - especially during a high season.

Cons: The room was very close to the road, so sometimes it was noisy in the late evening. Although that's common for all hotels in Kata if the room is close to the road. Other than that, it was amazing!

Pros: Very close to the beach, 5 min walk if that. Spacious room and quiet at the back. Staff were friendly.

Cons: Thought I had booked a bungalow 😅 was a hotel. Pillows are shaped as a block, if I didn't have 2, could have been some neck issues.

Excellent Stay and Exceptional Service

Pros: We were extremely satisfied with our stay and with the service provided by the entire hotel team. They didn’t just meet expectations; they went beyond them. After we checked out, we realized we had forgotten some items in the room, and they immediately offered to send them to our next address in Thailand. This level of care says everything. We fully recommend this hotel and its team with confidence.

Pros: The room was nice, modern and big and they cleaned it well every day. The lady at reception is friendly and helped us with some price issues we had in the beginning. It is a bit outside of Kata's busiest parts but very close to the beach...

Pros: Across the road from the south end of the beach, next to a beach access - perfect. Beach & sea view. Balcony. Good air con & fan (once your acclimatised the fan was enough). Above a great thai restaurant and fruit stall. Large room, and the staff kept it spotless. Bed was super king and so conformable. And all so cheap. Best accom ever!

Peaceful + Comfy Stay - Just across the beach!

Pros: The location, just cross the street, walk through an alley and you are at the beach! Also the room was quiet to relax, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing - all good.

Clean comfortable room, great value close to beach and restaurants.

Pros: Close to the beach at the bottom end. The room was really comfortable and great value for money. We was more than happy with our stay here.

Cons: Some building work going on next door but many rooms wouldn’t see it. It didn’t bother us at all but it might some.
