Pros: Beautiful setting. Lovely clean rooms. Helpful staff. Lovely gesture of chocolates and fizz for New Year. Perfect location.

Cons: No bar but close enough to everywhere.

Pros: Convinced clean staff always helped. My neighbour was quite sick one night and staff asked if they can do something Will staff again.

Best value for money in Kata Beach

Pros: All the facilities and location couldn’t have been better. It was quiet quiet yet you were close to the market and the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and kind as I booked the wrong date and they made arrangement at no extra cost to cater for us. This was great value for money if you’re staying in Kata Beach!

An excellent, secured, good value for money, impeccably clean and greatly located hotel to stay in.

Pros: The location for the property was very close to Kata Beach. It is a walking distance there. In addition there is also a night market where there are several food shops providing great food for the money you spent. I loved that as well. It is said that the property does not have parking spots, but that is not a problem at all, because the street in front of the hotel has many designated parking spots for scooters and you can park your scooter there absolutely safe and sound. Most importantly, the staff there have impeccable customer service. SHINE, who helped me with not only with my room, but also helped me to find a proper scooter place to rent a great scooter. He went far and beyond with his job to make my stay there at the hotel very pleasurable. Further more, the hotel is exceptionally clean and maintain its cleanliness really well, including the swimming pool!! I would recommend this place anytime to my friends and would stay here again next time I visit Phuket.

Cons: For the price I paid, with discounts, it is a great place. I got almost a 25% discount. However, if the discount was not applied, I probably would rate the place a bit expensive for the value you get. So I hope they do something with the room price of the hotel.

Pros: This is a hidden gem, Shine and his team could not do enough for us ,jus off the nain drag with everything you need as soon as you walk out great location ,would recommend this place .

Hidden gem in the busy Kata

Pros: The location is great! The beach is less than five minutes walk and it’s accessible to everything. The place is hidden and quiet even though it’s on the main road. The bed is really comfy.

Pros: Booked this hotel for my parents. Great location, easy walking distance to beach and many shops in the surrounding areas. Great staff. Friendly happy employees who couldn't do enough for them.

Small oasis in the centre of busy beach side

Pros: Excellent location, lovely and supportive staff. Literally 3 minutes away from the beach and inside the busy road, thus, all nice places as restaurants, shops are around. Yes, it can be noisy but up until the midnight and it's unavoidable if you want to be in the centre. Great pool that saves during the hottest hours when we wanted to be inside, the bungalow's entrance right next to the pool, the view is luxurious!

Cons: The nearest beach is super busy, lots of people but clear crystal water covers this small drawback. Also it's not the hotel's fault of course
