Great family friendly hotel.

Pros: Family rooms were very spacious, the pool was amazing, restaurants were really nice and the breakfast offered a good spread. The location was really good, close to Kata beach and a lot of restaurants and markets. The kids club was really good. The staff really set this place apart. They all made such an effort to make our stay great and were unbelievably friendly and helpful with our kids. I would definitely stay again.

Cons: Only issue was other guests claiming sunbeds at the crack of dawn and not actually using them, making it a bit tricky at times to get a sunbed. Not the hotels fault, but really annoying.

Pros: Very good location, close to the beach. Nice breakfast. Great massage spa!

We had a great stay, but would only suggest the pool tiles be upgraded or more matting be used in the future.

Pros: The kids loved the pool and slides. Nice bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. Food was good and plenty of drinks. Pool bar was also good.

Cons: The tiles around the pool were so slippery. The hotel had put various matting around the pool but people still managed to fall. The edging of the pool was also made of a really rough surface so hurt a lot if not using the ladders to get out the pool. Sometimes ordering food/drinks took some time to come.

Pros: It is a more bigger Resort in Kata area of Phuket, we were there in a high season. Location was good, the main street and the beach are walkable, you find around all what you need. The size of the room are OK, but you will hear the guest outside ( we were at the ground floor). Highlight is the pool with the sliders, there are no other highlights. So, it is a family resort, you may not book Pamookkoo, if you have no kids or you and your kids do not like swimming in a pool. Breakfast was OK (not special), the service employee done there best in the most crowded season.

Cons: This is not negative, but nearly 80% of the guests are from Russia, but again, we were here at the high-winter-season. A mixture of guests would be better. It would be greater, if the employee of the front would speak better English (or is it for them better to speak Russian?), because they are the \

Pros: The breakfast was just ok, limited choice but the location and pool are excellent and the rooms. The majority of staff were super nice and helpful.

Cons: Tried to get ICE for our water bottles and were told that we had to pay 40bhat which I have never experienced in my life before in the 22 years I have been going to Thailand or any other country for that matter. The Wifi was very very slow. Food and Beverage in the pool bar were not very value for money which was strange as if they just dropped the pricing a bit then a lot more people would have eaten during the day in the hotel rather than go outside as there are so many food options outside within walking distance sooo much cheaper -pity really

Great waterslides - a perfect resort for kids. Certainly don't go here if you don't have them!!

Pros: Great water slides - really great! They had mats on the slippy areas, but still advise not running. Breakfast was ok - no dramas for us on getting a table or queuing and we had it every day between 8.30 and 9.15. Rooms clean and comfy. Kata beach is a couple of mins walk and a million restaurants on the doorstep.

Cons: Pool loungers all towelled by 8.45am!! And then an empty sun-bed for the whole of the day.

Good value and ideal location especially with

Pros: Good hotel, clean and tidy. Also ideal Location in centre of kata beach

Cons: No iron in room, had to go to first floor to use the iron

Incredible, clean and amazing service.

Pros: The pool side room was fabulous! Clean, cold, excellent housekeeping. The staff were nothing but lovely and were always willing to help. Their outstanding service made our experience even better.

Cons: The only negative is the mattress is quite solid. You can’t fully relax on the bed as it is too hard.

Amazing hotel for family stay

Pros: This is a superb hotel if you have kids. We stayed in a poolside room which made using the amazing pool and fabulous slides so easy. The slides are fast and kept the kids amused for hours! It's also a nice location for other activities.

Cons: Be prepared for a fairly long drive from the airport but a great hotel for the price.
