Cozy place with fancy design

Pros: I like how the building and territory is designed, cool pool, a lot of plants which make staying there pretty convenient independently of the weather outside, clean room In overall location is not perfect, but quality/price ratio is good

Pros: I stayed at WOW Phuket Hotel and honestly had the best time! The two guys at check-in were amazing – super friendly, always laughing with us, and just had such good energy. We had a ton of heavy luggage, but they didn’t hesitate for a second and helped us carry everything up the stairs to our room. So kind and helpful! Our room was spacious, right on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the big pool – such a relaxing view. It was super clean, had good air conditioning, and the bed was absolutely huge and super comfy. We got great sleep every night. The room was cleaned daily, always smelled fresh, and you could tell the staff put care into every detail. The hotel is also in a great location – close to Old Town and the city center, which made it super easy to explore. Overall, I was really happy with everything. The people, the place, the vibe – all perfect. I’d definitely stay here again!

Cons: The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy from the street, especially at night. The door didn’t block out sound very well, so we could hear traffic and outside noise quite clearly. For me it's not a problem because it didn't disturbed me but maybe for someone else would be a problem.

Great base to explore Phuket

Pros: It is a really nice, clean, and modern hotel and a perfect base to explore Phuket. The rooms were super spacious and came with everything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Others have said about noise, but we didn’t have any issues at all.

Cons: This is a good base hotel for a couple of nights, but if I were staying for longer then personally, I would rather be by a beach or in old town. I would also recommend the hotel put privacy curtains up so people cant see into the rooms but you can still see out. This isn’t a huge deal but we were on the ground floor so everyone could see in very clearly unless we closed the blackout curtains.

Great pool at Wow

Pros: Great pool and clean comfortable room, with happy helpful staff.

Cons: Steel stairs and walk ways unfortunately very loud when people are walking on them - especially late at night and early morning.

Pros: Super comfy beds fluffy pillows pool is amazing staff were all really friendly great value

Cons: Bar fridge could only hold 3 long necks:-D

Pros: Staff were really lovely and welcoming. I felt safe there as a solo traveller. The beds are sooooo comfy. Then air con was great. Bathrooms and room super clean.

If the same budget I will definitely come back here for my next stay in Phuket.

Pros: The location is great, in the center of the island you have everything accessible by motorbike around 20/30 minutes. Lots of convenience stores in the street. The staff is very polite. Communicate through google translate but it works very fine, better than some other places… the room are super clean, the place is new and modern. It’s kinda hidden behind the street so it’s very calm. Nice pool with access from the rooms’ terrace (ground floor). They have a laundry service, same prices than in town ! Worth the price !

Cons: One or two days during my stay, cleaning lady came several times waking me up (the same morning) when I asked to come after 12.

Pros: Lovely place - gorgeous surrounded by trees and water. Well set out. Room was comfy. Pool lovely even though in shade.

Cons: The shower tray filled up quite quickly. Few more nice pool chairs maybe?

Great stay ended up extending for a few nights great value for money and really comfortable

Pros: Location was perfect small area lots of friendly people Close to the old town and beach but away from Loud party areas

Cons: Everything was great

Great hotel, amazing pool

Pros: Very comfy beds, and they have a motorbike rental that is very cheap and good bikes

Cons: Location isn’t perfect, but we knew that before. With a bike you can get anywhere. So no big deal
