1' from the beach with lift to the upper floors.

Pros: Excellent location. 1' from the beach.Lift to the upper floors. Really caring and friendly staff. Buffet style breakfast.7-11 next door. Excellent massage parlor two doors away. Highly recommend it.

Cons: Wi Fi sometimes had a naughty behavior!!

Perfect position of the hotel and comfortable room.

Pros: The position is perfect! You can reach Kata Beach in one minute walking. The room was big and the bathroom as well. The little balcony had a beautiful view, you could see the beach. The pancakes at breakfast were great, the staff really helpful and kind.

Cons: The pillows were pretty hard, maybe a few soft pillows in the room so the guests can choose which one to use would be great.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very close to the sea, which made our vacation especially enjoyable. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and varied. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Cozy stay

Pros: My stay at Kata Sun Beach was short but very very lovely. The staff is super polite and kind. I was treated like I princess. Just one minus , a bit old furniture

Pros: The room is very spacious, free drinking water replenished every day, next door to 7-11, and on the main street without being too loud. Less than 1 min walk to the beach!

Cons: The neighbourhood is full of old Russian families so the vibe is a bit odd, and prices are really targeting tourists. Lack of local food options in this area at local prices.

Good deal if you want to be close to the beach

Pros: It was very close to the beach (we could literally see it from our balcony) and the staff was very nice and helpful throughout our visit. We could lend beach towels everyday for free and return them when we got back to the hotel. The breakfast included omelet with peppers and onion, eggs, fried sausages, a traditional dish with noodles, watermelon and papaya, 3 types of jam and cookies. 3 types of juice, coffee, tea and milk are also served.

Cons: The furniture and AC system are quite dated, but they serve their purpose. There were ants in the bathroom, but that seems to be typical for Phuket at least this time of year (ends of November). The pool is in a different building but really close to the hotel. We didn't use it but we could see it from our balcony. It has beach seats but looked small and no one was there.
