Pros: Very very conveniently located. Room is large and comfortable. Staff are quite friendly. I would consider coming here again.

Cons: I didn't have any issue, but there's no lift (only 3 floors).

Great location and comfort

Pros: The location is absolutely fantastic. Just a few minutes’ walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops the moment you step outside. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, always assisting me whenever I needed anything. The room was very spacious, well-equipped, cleaned whenever I requested, and two bottles of water were provided daily, which made the stay very comfortable.

Cons: During my stay, there were two very heavy rainfalls and in one case Kata was almost flooded, making it difficult and stressful to enter and leave the hotel due to water accumulation at the entrance. Although the issue was resolved the next day, being temporarily stuck in the hotel was frustrating. The WiFi connection was also very poor and unreliable throughout my stay. Also, the shower head was positioned very low and uncomfortable to use, making showering tiring and not enjoyable.

Pros: Comfort and location, good English breakfast with tasty fruit, also offer taxi service if booked a day in advance, bigtub and well lit bathroom and big comfortable rooms.

Pros: Large enough room with a private bathroom and a balcony. It was nice and clean. The man on the front desk was very helpful because I needed help translating Thai to English for my next hotel booking.

Pros: The location is amazing, near Kata beach and many restaurants and bars.

Cons: The hotel is not a palace at all, the bathroom was dirty. The staff almost doesnt speak english so its really difficult to ask for help.

Very nice hotel in a lovely location.

Pros: Clean and spacious room, plenty of space for 4 people. Good A/C Tea, coffee and mini fridge in room. Great location with short walk to the beach.

Cons: Very short shower, not good for anyone over 4 foot.
