Amazing place - great value for money

Pros: Location is fantastic, away from the noise and amenities are within 2 min walking distance. The staff were simply amazing - courteous, professional and polite. Always willing to go the extra mile.

Cons: Everything was fantastic- will definitely come back to this property again!

Pros: It was our second visit to this hotel. We loved last year and we wanted to come back and we had a great time again. Staff are amazing. It is one of the reasons we visited hotel again. Assistance Hotel manager Cindy, Reception supervisor Am, and rest of the Reception staff, food and Beverage manager Fred, Assistance Restaurant Manager Alibaba( i am sorry if I write his name wrong), all Restaurant and Bar staff, Kitchen staff, House keeping staff, We stayed in room 3711 and our cleaners were so friendly. We will visit again and we can't wait to see you all again in the hotel. You all are Reason that we visit hotel. Thank you very much for everything.

Highly recommend this place. Staff, clean rooms, good food, good location

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, also the swimming pool. Various and good breakfast, we also liked the dinner that they organized with different occasions. They also have prepared a birthday surprise for me. Closed to the beach, shops, massages and restaurants.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, nice location, clean.

Pros: Lovely staff, good location, nice room service food. Cleaning team are wonderful.

Cons: Maybe just that the room service plates could be allowed to be left out in the hallway after use for collection. It wasn’t the best having to keep dirty plates in the room. But that’s very minor. Love this place.

Nice hotel but actually 3 star hotel to my mind

Pros: We liked the hotel overall, people who are working here are amazing! the location is 10/15 min to the beach , but its hard to cross the main street ( no pedestrian crossing nearby)with a child it can be a problem The room is big, we had a bath and a shower in the bathroom complex, nice balcony

Cons: We didnt like that the hotel asked to pay 50e for the extra room for a 8 y old child , although it was written in the Booking 3 persons in a room /triple room! We had never had such situations in europe and even in other hotels in Phuket ( we stayed at 3 more ) The breakfast was Okay , nothing special, 5 days the same … Advice: Look also at the hotels nearby ,they are level upper but the price is almost the same

A warm and welcoming hotel with a perfectly relaxing atmosphere

Pros: Very fresh and modern hotel with spacious rooms and direct pool access. The room smelled amazing upon arrival — clean and luxurious. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. An air-conditioning issue was noticed and fixed immediately, even before we realized it ourselves. Lovely housekeeping with beautiful bed decorations and sweet little messages. We would definitely love to come back!

Pros: We like the pool in the hotel, the staff was graet. They give us all the time things for our baby, and they were very kind.

Cons: They didnt clean us the shower, and also the pool on the roof was stink. The beach was 10 minutes waking from the hotel

Good hotel in easy access to Karon Beaxh

Pros: Lovely hotel with large pool and roof top pool too. Good breakfast although was busy and restaurant a little crowded. They offer good food choices in the evenings with themed nights.

Pros: This is a good hotel. The staff is doing a great job - they were all very nice and forthcoming (shout out to Mr. Kevin!). The location is really great - you will reach the beach (a very good one) or the town centre in 10 mins on foot but it is quiet enoughf to get a good night's sleep.The swimming pool is great, there is another one of the roof that we didn't use. A nice suprise were Christmas and New Year's Eve's parties/dinners - we are a family of 3 but only got tow invitations to the latter, but then this was fixed quickly and our son could also attend. Generally we had a very good holiday.

Cons: Generally, at around €200 a night, the price was IMO too high for Thailand. Breakfast could be better - I basically survived on wafers with banana and honey - what you mostly get is eggs or potatoes or sweets (coffe was good though). There is no gym. As for the room, our had an AC unit outside which was very noisy and produced a lot of hot air, which rendered the balcony unusuable. I notice at least half of the rooms doesn't have this, so peole could use their balocnies. Maybe there are differet catergories of rooms, I didn't pay attention when I was booking it.
