Pros: Warm welcome from staffs. I was celebrating my dad’s birthday, I requested decoration for his room and they made it. On top of that they surprised my dad with a cake made of fruits! Nice view from hotel. Highly recommended.

Pros: Room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Facilities in the hotel were excellent and staff were lovely. The breakfast was varied and the quality of food was very good. Restaurant was also excellent. Loved being just a little bit away from the centre as the hotel was peaceful but everything was only 2 minutes in the hotel shuttle .

Pros: Great Ocean views, large comfortable rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful, lovely pool area and the large variety of fresh and freshly cooked food for the buffet breakfast

Cons: Although I knew the property was on a hill we did not knew about the amount of stairs to go up and down to go to your room, restaurant and pool area, both of us have bad knees and got worse during the holiday. Apart from that everything was excellent.

Lovely relaxing week with nice facilities s as be friendly staff.

Pros: The friendly staff, the pool area and the egg station at breakfast

Cons: The location on the steep hill meant we found getting to and from the beach or town challenging at times. But we were happy to use the shuttle a few times. A shuttle to Kata Noi beach would be great instead of only Kata.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, WE LOVED THE MANAGER MICKEY!!!

Pros: Great tiered pool atmosphere and could see the water from the main common area and our balcony! Gorgeous room with a free upgrade as well! We had a wonderful experience and would definitely book again.

Pros: Absolutely unreal experience! The pool and outdoor area is fantastic. The rooms are huge and the balcony was amazing for watching the sunset. The location is good and we liked the complementary taxi service to the beach.
