Pros: Cole to the beach, supermarkets, local food market. Very clean and all hotel stuff is extremely helpful and friendly!

Cons: Honestly, for 2 weeks, my partner and I didn't experience anything negative about the hotel.

Very enjoyable stay

Pros: We found the hotel to be really welcoming from the moment we arrived. Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay from the reception staff when we arrived, restaurant staff who were really friendly and always on hand to assist and the house keeping who did a thorough job every day. Cons: Only minor things to mention, the lower pool swim up bar wasn't open, not sure if this is still operational but would have been nice and there were no activities for children, besides the pool.

Pros: Exceptionally friendly and professional reception staff who made us feel very welcome. The housekeeping team did an excellent job the room was spotless every day. Great for families with children, and the beautiful beach is just a short walk away.

Very good location and the best staff!

Pros: We traveled with family, the hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were a good size and very clean. There was no depreciation. The 4th floor had a good view. Several pools, toys inside. The playroom was small, but nice. The buffet breakfast was very good and varied. The beach was 5 minutes away, the shopping street as well. The staff was extremely nice, polite and helpful.

Cons: There were small ants in the room some days, even though we didn't have any open food there. When we reported it to the staff, they acted very quickly. The dinner buffet could have had a bigger selection. The traffic in front of the hotel is pretty bad, but that's the case everywhere in Thailand.

Lovely stay - lovely staff

Pros: We stayed for 4 days with our 4 month old baby :) First of all the staff here is amazing - everyone is super nice, helpful and was friendly with our baby. 100/10 !! We had the grand deluxe room and it was perfect with the baby.

Cons: 1 thing that was less ideal for us is that you have to go up a lot of stairs to get to the building where the room was, and only there you had an elevator. It meant leaving the baby stroller at the lobby every time - which isn't very comfortable. But we managed :) it's not a huge deal, but be aware in case it's an issue.

Cons: Rooms were cleaned really late between 5pm and 6pm on one occasion

Lovely hotel

Pros: Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Good central location. Amazing pools and facilities.

Cons: Room walls are very thin so the noise is very loud. However when we called reception to the neighbours shouting and screaming at midnight the staff dealt with it very quickly.
