Pros: A lovely stay at the great hotel ! The worker fight was amazing and gave us an upgrade for the suite.

Pros: It wasn't the first accommodation option but it was definitely the best. It was my first interaction with a hotel in this chain and I was pleasantly impressed. The interaction with the staff, the breakfast, the pool, the pre and post check-in services exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend the hotel, and if we come back to Phuket we will definitely stay here.

Amazing experience, would recommend to others

Pros: The location, infrastructure, cleanliness and the staff were amazing. Breakfast had good vegetarian options. Walking distance from the beach.

Cons: Not about property per se but rather our room - it was right on the street and there were motor bikes throughout the night on the road that made it difficult for our kid to sleep. I know the hotel cannot control that, but may be the balcony door can be noise insulated a bit more.

A week in Patong

Pros: The staff were very helpful and always smiling. The room was excellent. The breakfast had everything you wanted. The pool on the roof was very good .A great week in Patong

Pros: Highly professional, well trained, extremely helpful staff. We arrived at approximately 8:30AM and once checked in, we were offered a temporary room for us to freshen up and stay in until our reserved room was ready that day after 3:00PM. The manager also invited us to attend breakfast. The service was just so exceptional. The breakfast during our stay was varied and of a very good quality. The garden view room was very comfortable and met our needs as we did not experience high levels of noise. The location was perfect for us as it was in close walking distance to the main shops, restaurants and bars. We would definitely return to this hotel. Highly recommend.

Cons: The water temperature was occasionally inconsistent when showering (hot/cold)

Pros: The best breakfast ever!! Exceptional. Hotel staff was very friendly, the cleaning personal respected our DND sign for our room, that is a first. They leave a written letter with the date and time and to call if and when you need the room cleaned or resupply the minibar.

Pros: The design and amenities were nice. 6 bottles of water a day. The staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was facing the garden, this was a huge advantage in that it was quieter than street facing rooms. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach. A prime location.

Cons: The roof swimming pool needs to be repaired. Many water jets don't work and there are many tiles falling off.

Pros: Special thanks to Salman at the reception desk, kind and with a high sense of service.

Pros: The room and staff were exceptionally good! Can only recommend!

Cons: The restaurant Buthers garden should be avoided. Ordered a wagyu ribeye steak - I don't know what I got, but wagyu it was not.
