Overall lovely hotel and would return but reception staff need to cheer up

Pros: We had a beautiful room with a balcony straight onto the smaller pool which we preferred as it was quiet and stunning. Great location too just off the Main Street away from the business but close enough to walk into town

Cons: Reception staff are miserable, took us ages to check in and out as they were so slow. Our luggage was locked in a luggage room and we were told wait for someone with the key who never turned up and I kept asking for our bags to be told wait when we’d already been at reception for over half an our. All the other staff were nice but there were no smiles at reception and one lady just stared at me and didn’t say a word.

Great property and location

Pros: The hotel was great, the room was a great size. The location of the hotel was perfect, it was quiet yet only a 10/15 minute walk from bangla road and the shopping mall

Cons: The room had a slight damp smell when you first walked in. The lady who was on the bar also pressured me into leaving her a review on trip advisor when I had barely had any communication with her which I didn’t put through as I felt it wasn’t something I 100% felt comfortable doing as it wasn’t accurate. I felt pressured.

Nice pleasant stay, convenient position, and good, helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: The welcoming of the whole staff working and their big smile, as well as the resort…

Cons: The whole resort/hotel common areas where without aircon, but thats just my take as I suffer the hot weather.

Pros: The staff were effortless caring and friendly and extremely helpful The location is great with x2 7/11 stores both 2 mins walking distance either way Massage shops and restaurants nearby , and a 5-8minute journey to patong beach ( defendant on traffic ) Overall great location

Great hotel in Patong! Amazing pool. Noise is not controlled well by staff.

Pros: Great location away from all the noise but 5 minute walk to the centre! Amazing pools and there are 2! Great breakfast options. Would return!

Cons: The rooms have very thin walls so when there are people in the hallway and next door, you can hear everything. Coming from a quiet place to this means I could not sleep sometimes. The hotel staff should do more to ensure no noise after 11pm.

Pros: Very close to the beach and Bangla Road, but still very quiet. Lots of restaurants, massage parlours and shops in the vicinity. We had the ground floor suite that was facing one of the pools, which we found very convenient. Staff was really helpful and welcoming.

Cons: Though not major, the cleaning could be more thorough in the bathrooms and the tubs were looking a bit rusty. Also, not a lot of storage space. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Family holiday

Pros: Location of hotel away from the clubbing roads and bars. Lots of restaurants selling local foods with street venders if you like fresh fruit. 7-11 phamacy and hospital all near by the beach is a 15- 20 min walk the main time taken is crossing the road as very bus. Breakfast at hotel had great choice. Food menu good and drinks too. Rooms big and clean we preferred the smaller swimming pool and bar. Domestic and serving staff excellent welcoming and helpful

Cons: Having to buy drinks before being able to play pool. Reception staff need to learn from the domestic and serving staff to be happy welcoming and poliet this goes a long way.

Pros: Very clean hotel, lovely and polite staff. The breakfast was really OK. The location is great.

Cons: The Internet connection is very bad, like really bad, same as the TV, lagging and freezing. I also asked twice for additional hanger but never got them. All the rest was just fine.

A pleasant and comfortable stay

Pros: We had a comfortable stay at Sawaddi Patong Resort & Spa. The location was good, with lots of restaurants, tour agents, massage parlours nearby and ~15 min walking distance to beach and bangla walking street. Our rooms were spacious with all amenities. Staffs were welcoming and friendly. We loved their delicious buffet breakfast with splendid food options.

Cons: We had a small issue with one of the room key/door handle which would only open after few attempts.

Very beautiful and clean

Pros: The pool area My room was also amazing! Really spacious!

Cons: The welcome drink offered is only 2 types of juices. I didn’t like it.
