Pros: Location: Patong Beach, shops, and cafes within walking distance, and Jungceylon Shopping Center within easy reach. Convenient and quick check-in; we checked in before 15:00. Cozy, spacious room with everything you need. Delicious, hearty breakfasts. Attentive and friendly staff.

Cons: We didn't have time to notice

Pros: Great resort. Next to Patong Beach. Many dining options and nice coffee shops. Had a small issue the first night which was resolved immediately by the staff by changing us the room.

Convenient location, but noisy and disruptive neighbors

Pros: The hotel is located very close to Patong Beach, with a 7/11 and a trendy café serving tasty brunches nearby, and a good gym on site. The staff is professional and efficient.

Cons: The windows face rooms across the way. Soundproofing is poor, and noisy neighbors can be heard in the corridor. There is a karaoke venue very close by that operates daily until midnight, making evenings quite loud. The hotel hosts many families with children, as well as noisy groups of guests. A 7/11 is located nearby, but it is heavily overcrowded with tourists, often leading to long queues and occasional disturbances.

Cons: Mo restaurant selection breakfast was crowded

Pros: This is a very nice hotel. Spacious lobby, great café, clean rooms......... this hotel is clean. Breakfast is very good. Location is excellent...... staff are pleasant and friendly and helpful.... They put a lot of effort into ensuring your stay is a positive experience. I am considering re-booking for 2026. You can't go wrong staying here.

Cons: My room was not really spacious..... but it was fine. It was clean. Not much to dislike about Holiday Inn Express in my opinion.

Pros: We just returned from your hotel with an amazimg stay, we cannot fault anything. From Dianne at the Front desk, to Au our room attendant. This hotel is a little Gem we were pleasently surprised. Also the Coffee shop Mood, Mo and all her lovely staff 🐯. Oh of course the variety for Breakfast Definatley value for money. Nice Hotel with Good Location.

Pros: Amazing hotel, really, we like it! Very polite, nice and helpful staff. All our wishes were immediately fulfilled. Even they fixed AC from another building because we can not sleep with this noise. Staff from reception, breakfast, clean up our room all you are super! Thanks for our rest! Room: we have a garden view, building 6, very nice, cozy and silence around us. Location: 2 minutes to the Patong beach, 1 minute 711, very close to Watsons and Jungceylon Shopping Mall. Breakfast: we read some reviews that is nothing to eat at breakfast. It is not a true! Great options of many soups, dishes, fruits, big choice of natural coffee. Swimming pool: very good pool and restful area around it.

Cons: One Big Minus! It was my birthday, 21/12... and hotel forgot to compliment me... OMG, how could this happen? Last year, at an another hotel in Patong, they brought me cake and fruits; in Bangkok a couple of years ago, they brought me cake, fruit, and a card. Guys, if someone is on vacation for their birthday and chose your hotel, at least print a birthday card from the internet and bring cake from free breakfast. Make the client feel great at this big day! Simple things, yes?
