Deevana Plaza Phuket - SHA Extra Plus

Impressed with the Deevana Plaza. Had a fantastic stay and can highly recommend it.

Pros: Great rooms, huge comfortable beds. In a good location. Breakfast had a lot of good choices. Staff were exceptional.

Cons: Although there were signs stating that pool lounges were not to be reserved, the pool hogs were out early every morning and nothing was done about it. Food was a bit hit and miss when ordering from the pool area.

Pros: The pool would have been good if it was heated a little more specially the spa. The service team was outstanding

Cons: The bed I stayed on was uncomfortable with it having a lean downwards on one side of the king bed. Our rooms got cleaned quite late meaning when we wanted to chill we left the room to give them space to clean.

Pros: This hotel was amazing, from the open plan 24 hour a day reception, to the deluxe pool view room to the absolutely amazing staff that were so friendly and helpful this place is amazing. The pool was also amazing with food and drinks delivered to your lounger with the scan of a QR code and the prices are so so reasonable, Patong beach is a short walk away as are a little if the things you go to Phuket to see. Breakfast is served from 630-1030 and has a wide selection of different options

Pros: Awesome location walking distance to the busy Bangla road to experience the craziness of the atmosphere. Breakfast was fantastic, huge variety. Comfortable rooms

Cons: Limited spots around the pool, my suggestion would be to not allow guests to “hold their chairs” by putting towels on early am and not arrive for hours leaving others without.

Pros: The location, the staff, the friendliness, it was clean. Great experience for our first overseas holiday. We created the best memories.

Cons: There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Maybe the breakfast menu was what I didn't enjoy mostly but that is not their fault. You can't please everyone

Deeva Plaza is perfectly located close to everything, with fantastic staff. We’ll definitely be back

Pros: We loved the location and the buffet breakfast. The staff were wonderful — everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We became unwell on Christmas Eve, and one of the staff members kindly organised for the clinic staff to pick us up and take us back to the hotel, which we truly appreciated.

Cons: There was one staff member (a female) who, on the last two nights, forgot to leave hand towels and bath towels. In contrast, the gentleman who cleaned our room was excellent. He was fast, thorough, and left our room spotless. I would highly recommend him anywhere.

Great hotel, nothing to complain about!

Pros: Room was great, king size bed. Big bathroom with sunken bath tub. Pool view, in the shade but that was fine for us. Breakfast was good, catered mainly for Asian and Indian but still plenty to enjoy

Cons: The cleaning service would come between 5-6pm, at the time when most people would be in their rooms. Very strange, especially when we were out of room most of the day.

Pros: Hotel was in a good location, one street back from the very busy beach road

Cons: Our outdoor seating area in the sun most of the day and the bean bags weren’t great to sit in
