Great room, Great pool, Great Staff!

Pros: Really good location to explore Patong. Amidst all the hubbub, somehow your cocooned from it when you're in your room. The pool is lovely, bar and food good and staff are amazing.

Cons: Guests are allowed to reserve pool beds from early in the morning (some at 5am!) - even though signs say they can't. It's quite annoying as the beds are then taken all day but not used all day.

Pros: We needed an accommodation immediately and they were there. It was an amazing resort complete with lovely swimming pool and in an area with lots of food options.

Pros: The bar was very professional, Billie was excellent.

Cons: Location, opposite Hospital so sirens day and night. Busy main road, very dangerous to cross even at crossing, scooters go through red lights, we nearly got hit twice. You have to cross road to get to beach.

Very happy with this hotel

Pros: Staff excellent, helpful, polite, always a smile on their face. Facilities excellent. Room comfortable. Tea, coffee and 2 bottles of water every day complimentary. Location great close to everything. Very happy with location. Free shuttle bus twice daily to take guests to Patong beach and pick up again to return to hotel. Excellent service. Recommended this hotel.

Cons: Not enough sunbeds around the pool! Breakfast not so great, not much choice, but I didn't book breakfast at the time of booking the room thank God as I would have been very disappointed if I had pre paid forbreakfast and had to eat there everyday. I only ate breakfast there 2 times due to necessity!!
