Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa

Pros: Beautiful grounds. Lots of shade. Large rooms with excellent air conditioning and lovely bathrooms. Plenty of pools to choose from, with ample lounges around them. Wonderful staff.

Pros: Everything was amazing 🤩 specially all the people that work there are super super kind and so helpful. I think that was the best out of the whole experience. We especially loved the room cleaning services, The ladies were the best as my kids looked forward every time we had a room service They always left a towel animal made for us and my kids just looked forward to seeing what we got each time we went we got back to our room. It was just the best. Thank you to the lady that did our room. 🙏🏾😍

Cons: I have to say we as a family are not smokers at all and there are TOO MANY smoking areas outside that it's so hard to fully enjoy the outside areas, especially with my kids smelling all that cigarette smoke. There are way too many smoking areas and way too many guests that smoke especially with children around. It's not good for the health of people that don't smoke. I truly understand it's hard for you guys to stop this, but I suggest reducing smoking around the hotel property, so we can all be happy to enjoy the outdoors facility. That would be more appropriate.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

Pros: I had a very good experience during my stay. The resort’s location is excellent, just across the street from the beach, the room was comfortable, and the staff were supportive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Cons: The breakfast experience was generally good. However, it could be enhanced by offering halal options to better accommodate different nationalities preferences.

Pros: Close to all places in Phiket, right on patong beach.

Cons: Taxi pick up location is tricky , not many drivers know hotel lobby acees is through small street, and given one way at main road , if taxi missing street exit from main road, they need to take big 3 kms circle back to hotel entry and often taxi driver cancel the ride. It was big headache to arrange taxi pick up even it is most centre location, Graceland need to place big neon light to indicate at street to hotel entry from patong beach side main road.

Lovley service, pools, food and great location!

Pros: Loved it! Facilities were great! Lots of pools, swim up bars and yummy food. Very close to everything!

Cons: A locked adjoining door between our room and next door. Gave us a scare a few times when neighbours tried opening it.

The staff were amazing and beautiful and upon arrival we were upgraded to a Seaview Room followed by a birthday cake mad

Pros: The location The resort caters for the mass so even though it was fully booked it didn’t feel crowded
