Our stay because of location was absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to others

Pros: The location is absolutely great, the staff were friendly, the pools are stunning, the access to the public transport is easy, close to Bangla Road and other shops under 5 minute walks. The room I accommodated was large and comfortable. The restaurant served an abundance of food choices. It was our best stay.

Cons: The tap water was a bit brown. Access to Netflix and YouTube channels on the TV was a problem. The private pool we had was shared with 2 other rooms. No sea view from our room for the price we paid. Mosquitoes were a nightmare

Cented location great views

Pros: The hotel stay was truly enjoyable, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience overall. Its location was quite convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Furthermore, the room's view was simply awesome, offering a scenic perspective. The entire experience was memorable, and it made the trip even more special. Ultimately, it was a fantastic stay, and I would gladly return.

Cons: The stay was fine overall, but communication could have been much better. It took a long time to get replies from the staff, and the 15% discount we were supposed to receive was not applied to our stay

Excellent stay in a great location

Pros: Great location with pool overlooking beach. Close enough to the action without being too noisy. The staff were excellent, and breakfast plentiful.

Cons: We didn’t experience noise from the new beach bar next door, but it could be a problem if you’re on that side. Recommend you book rooms on the restaurant side, or check with reception when booking.

Home away from home

Pros: We stayed in 6 hotels during our trip. Impiana resort was the favourite, the location and facilities were great but the real standout is the service . The girls at the front were amazing every request was granted with a smile, nothing was a problem and no extra charges. The friendliest staff we’ve ever experienced. Truly unforgettable stay!

Great experience in a quiet resort next to everything Patong has to offer.

Pros: Great amenities and in a great location next to the beach on one side and all the action of Patong on the other side. The room was comfortable. As a smaller resort, it felt more personal and quiet compared to some of the bigger ones. Great for solo travellers to meet others at the pool or the bar.
