Great stay for South Africans looking for an affordable budget friendly hotel close to all places.

Pros: We loved the size of the room and the amenities, closeness to the beach and restaurants the staff were friendly and the coffee shop served beautiful coffee and affogato was lekker my wife enjoyed it the pizza restaurant on the corner was fantastic really great tasting food and drinks.

Cons: perhaps the front courtyard could get a touch up of paint as they have a beautiful design on the grounds entrance, and maybe the front sign can be repainted again the rest was all amazing and well kept

Pros: I recently stayed in this hotel twice. Once for 6 days and again for 13 days because this is my over all favorite hotel in Patong, all things considered...... this hotel is clean, its well run. The staff are friendly and helpful... the value is compelling in my opinion..... the location is excellent for my needs. The largest rooms are very spacious and all rooms are always clean!! The breakfast buffet is incredible..... I giggled to myself every morning at the buffet. Try the Italian salad dressing..... delicious. Location near the beach is a winner...... staff are pleasant and friendly and helpful. I am already considering re-booking for 2026. A lot of energy is spent ensuring this hotel exceeds your expectations. It's always nice to see \

Cons: The nearby alley/road..... has a few unpleasant characteristics......... but, its a package deal, I understand.

Perfect stay near Patong beach

Pros: Location was great, 2 mins walk to the beach, 4 mins walk to Bang La Road & walkable distance to buzzing street. Room was quite large and comfy beds
