Excellent
Pros: It is very beautiful property with excellent and professional service. From the first day we felt very Wellcome. The hotel was very clean , due all our stay everything was just perfect. Amazing pool, amazing people very nice restaurant if You need breakfast /lunch/dinner. If I decide I could give this hotel 5 stars.

The best place to stay in Patong
Pros: The hotel looks exactly like on pictures. Love the design and decoration of the place. Breakfast was amazing with fresh products and staff super nice. It’s super calm even though you are in the middle of the action of Patong and close to everything.
Cons: No atmosphere around the pool, the pool bar closes pretty early. The breakfast room is nothing spectacular, would be nicer to have the option to have breakfast around the pool or create a more welcoming breakfast terrace. The reception staff don’t seem to know much, we tried ask for information about the elephants or help with taxis but they didn’t have much knowledge, not super helpful.

Pros: We had a 1 bedroom villa with private pool (definitely recommend this) absolutely stunning room.
Cons: The only negative was the music round the pool, it was the same 5 song mix that played on a loop and after a few days became very annoying.

Overall nice stay, very beautiful resort
Pros: The resort itself is very beautiful, the room is spacious. We had a pool access room, which is wonderful (I would recommend adding umbrella/parasol to the terrace for more comfort). The cleaning staff and breakfast staff are very kind.
Cons: We haven't appreciate reception staff. For the price paid and hotel style (small cocooning resort) we might have expectations of super friendly staff with smile and warmer welcome, which wasn't the case. Also, we didn't like the breakfast, not worth it even for the low price (around 12€): simple buffet (even if there is a meal menu), the breakfast room is very simple in design comparing to the resort, with the view onto the pavements and parking. I wish we could see through the window some plants, trees, and nice decor like in the resort itself. The breakfast just doesn't fit to the resort's image. I wish someone asked me at reception how was my stay to tell them this directly and not write it in a review.

Eden was a relaxing, modern retreat that felt like a true sanctuary - we had a blissful 3 days.
Pros: Eden was a calm, modern retreat that felt like a true sanctuary.( perfect escape from the craziness of Patong- just outside the gates). Thoughtful architecture, to curated chill music in the rooms and friendly nad attentive staff made it impossible to leave — we stayed put for three days.
Cons: The Resort was great, but did not love Patong itself

Pros: On our arrival we had the nicest gentleman show us to our room and gave great instructions on where and how to use all facilities. We had our own pool and still used the Resort Pool very afternoon, The service was brilliant. The location of the resort was amazing so so practical, we could walk minutes and we were somewhere, the resort Cafe fantastic, fresh, clean nothing was a problem, always a resolution. The staff of the Cafe were amazing, pleasant and helpful. The massage parlor attached was brilliant and very clean. I really cannot fault anything. The Cleanliness of this place was wonderful. The Customer Service Staff at the front desk always greeted us, so respectfully every time we came and went. I will be back.
Cons: Our holiday came to an too fast.

Pros: very beautiful hotel, extremely clean, with very kind and helpful staff. The beds are comfortable and everything was perfect. The location is excellent — right in the city center, yet slightly tucked away from the main hustle and bustle, which makes it peaceful and quiet. I truly enjoyed the calm atmosphere. I would gladly return again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and pleasant stay
Pros: The hotel was very near to the Patong beach. The swimming pool was the signature. Really aesthetic and looked super cool. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool. Really amazing. Breakfast was good as well. Lots of options. The rooms were very spacious and super comfortable. All in all, a very nice and beautiful hotel.
Cons: The neighborhood was a bit dirty.
