Pros: Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff were amazing and the views from the rooftop were fantastic. Great choice of food for breakfast also.

Cons: The hotel was amazing, unfortunately the location was just a little too remote for us.

Wonderful oasis hidden outside the hustle of Patong! Paradise with stunning views!

Pros: Pool, activities, gym, views over the ocean. Great value for money. Food services around pool a little slow, but clearly very busy season! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cons: Nothing - was pretty amazing all inclusive resort.

Pros: Amazing property with friendly staff. Facilities were well looked after and a great start to our holiday.

Cons: Only negative was we asked for honeymoon decoration on bed and it was forgotten however they still gave us late check out which was a nice touch.

Pros: Absolutely loved the property and I feel like the resort looks much better in person than the photos justify! The breakfast buffet was really good! The pool was very nice!

Cons: Nothing much to write here, besides seeing a few other customers spitting in the pool, but I guess that’s something the resort cannot control!

Beautiful place for a holiday, hospitable staff and comfortable rooms.

Pros: Our room was immaculate Access to pool, great views from our room and lovely staff.

Cons: We realised that we’d rather stay somewhere quieter in future. Patong vibes not for us.

Perfect place for comfortable vacation.

Pros: Absolutely brilliant place with breathtaking views. Location is very comfortable, close to the town, awesome facilities. Totally worth its price, would greatly recommend.

A great 5 star resort with warm service and top resturant. Not to forget the view.

Pros: This is a 5 star resort with all you need. Fantastic breakfast and top line dinner selections. Very nice pool area with bar. Staff is wonderful and so kind that you just have to smile. Like they do. Great wifi, a Kalima APP where you can browse and book different services. Very calm resort, suitable for audults.

Cons: Beware of many stairs, if that is a concern to you. You need taxi wherever you want to go, but hotel gets you one within a few minutes + free shuttle bus.

Amazing food, great staff with excellent service

Pros: Food was amazing, from the breakfast buffet each morning to room service. The staff were incredibly friendly — especially the waitresses and the cleaners, Payfon and S.kea, who were lovely.

Cons: Laundry service was quite overpriced ($93 AUD for five days’ worth of clothing), but I have to admit the clothes came back smelling amazing.
