The next time I’m in Phuket this will be the first place I look at booking!

Pros: Me and my partner loved everything about the property and our stay, we enjoyed it that much we actually stayed a second time! The hospitality the staff provided couldn’t have been better. The rooms had everything you could need, beds were very comfy, nice bathroom/toilet and the balcony tops it off. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Great pool facilities and even sunbeds to lounge on. They even offer a lovely food menu and motorcycles/scooters for rent, which is very convenient.

A beautiful hidden gem.

Pros: From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing, they made us feel comfortable and nothing was to much trouble for them. The food was delicious. Lots of smiles. The place was beautiful and the beds were comfy. The cleanliness was impeccable.

Cons: The location was a 30/50 minute journey from where we needed to be daily.

Exceptional Oasis - The Naka Resor

Pros: This is an Oasis. We stayed in the Mountain View Room for 19 nights and our other family stayed at Wyndham Kalim Bay. They came to the Naka for lunches, dinner and pool time and wished they had stayed there. It is the atmosohere, the quiet Oasis. The family team, Jane and Tul (sisters) and there family who clean pool and rooms - salt of the earth people. We highly recommend this exceptional place and the breakfast, lunch and dinner are top class.

Cons: Nothing... but as per all Thai Hotels, beds are on the hard side. The staff went all out to make the bed comfy with comforters and toppers.

Pros: Best hotel we stayed in our 2 week stay Helpful staff, big room, lovely pool and breakfast made to order fresh Mopeds available rent Short distance from patong beach so you can visit and then step away from the chaos. Kamal is a nice family beach just a few minutes away

Lovely and peaceful stay

Pros: The peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Staff are kind and friendly. Always helpful.

Cons: The cabs not wanting to come out to us because it’s a bit far for them and no pedestrian paths but otherwise nothing wrong with the hotel

The perfect retreat

Pros: The room was very spacious and well equipped. Pool and garden were well maintained. Staff were so helpful. Jane and her family were the perfect host. We stayed for 7 days and they couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend this resort and will definitely return.

Perfect

Pros: We liked almost everything: from the location, which can seem a bit distant at first but in reality it's so easy to move around. It was a tiny peaceful hotel immersed in nature. It was extremely clean and also the restaurant had delicious food. The staff was always there for any questions

Amazing value far money

Pros: Amazing value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful& restaurant excellent for an on site affair. Big room with direct pool access.

Cons: Luke warm shower unfortunately but apart from that nothing to report.
