pools was sensational

Pros: pool was dirty although theyr did try to clean it.

Cons: dirty pool. red wine included in our package

Pros: Staff received us very well and arranged everything as requested. Special mention to Mia from kids club, very friendly and helpful with kids. Breakfast was very good😀

Cons: Beach to swim is not accessible by walk, also can put some swim toys at kids pool.

Cons: Location as it’s called beachfront. There is no accessible beach so misleading

It was too short but great all round and staff were great

Pros: It was just perfect. Best of all the was the superb buffet breakfast. Better than any other hotel I’ve ever stayed.

Cons: Lack of clothes storage drawers. Room needed a dressing table with drawers.

Pros: Hotel is very well kept and clean, our room was spacious and very comfortable, the lighting was a bit dark but overall a very good hotel.

Overall , i liked it !

Pros: Rooms are comfortable and well designed also roomy. Staff is so friendly. I did not use because of early booking on the internet but in hotel lobby you can find many tours for example island tours, zipline tours, etc… and their prices seems not bad you can give it a try. Restaurant was nice. I stayed couple of hotels in phuket and the Breakfast was the best i think. Also dinner restaurant was pretty good too. Every night there was a live music of guitar in the restaurant. Plus there is a shuttle service to center.

Cons: They have shuttle service to center this seems nice but when you would like to turn back to your hotel we waited so long at the station but there was no vehicle so we turn back by tuk tuk most cases. Hotel has no beach access.

We had a lovely stay overall

Pros: Nice big rooms - nice bath and strong shower. Lovely big comfortable bed! Good lighting in room and nice pool area with swim up bar. Good selection at breakfast!

Cons: To get to our room on 3rd floor you have to get into a lift then go across the hotel and get into another lift - very confusing layout. The room also smelled very strongly of damp/mould from air con which was very off putting.

Nice hotel but terrible location, only halal food in the area

Pros: Amazing hotel, lovely helpful staff, nice breakfast.

Cons: Location is terrible, no beach just rocks, far away from anything, no pavements to walk, massive traffic, you need to take taxi or use hotel transport local thai restaurants. Some restaurants and street food around but they serve only halal food. 7/11 on the way to patong don't even sell beer in this area.

Pros: Beautiful facility, the restaurant and bar prices are reasonable.
