Pros: All the staff was very gentle, but I want to say a SPECIAL THANKS to SUPAPOL RADCHASONG that is helping me to have the luggage I forgot in the lobby. He acts like a friend ! In a few days I should receive lost luggage thanks to Supapol !!

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. The location was perfect — conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. As for value for money, it exceeded my expectations. For the price I paid, I received high-quality service, comfort, and amenities that made the stay well worth it. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay

Pros: The location was brilliant, really close the the beach and not too far away from Bangla Road (approx 15-20 mins). The rooftop pool was lovely. The staff were really helpful

Cons: The rooms could do with modernising slightly, it has a lot of potential to be much nicer
