We had a great time

Pros: The facilities is amazing and the staff is so polite and fantastic. In particular Pop helped us to arrange everything we needed and she was amazing

Cons: The beach is small and often there is a low tide so you can’t swim

Pros: Staff couldn't do enough to help. Extremely nice, high quality food, good location. Also only a short taxi ride into Patong. The beach was nice.

Pros: I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, but what really made my stay special was the exceptional service from a staff member named Tawan. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and helpfulness. Thank you, Tawan, for making my visit memorable!

Absolutely stunning location away from the busy main road, breath taking views and excellent service

Pros: The Staff were so welcoming and friendly, super efficient via their app to respond and also to facilitate our requests.

Cons: Not really something I can comment on too much since I am not a big fan of buffet breakfasts to start with however the variety and quality in foods could do with a slight improvement.

Pros: Staff was friendly and very prompt with any service. In room BBQ was exceptional and well worth trying. Private pool is amazing for thr lazy days, whilst the big pool is good for a change too. Loved my daily walk on the beach spotting different coral and shells every day. Buggy service always prompt and no wait to get anywhere in the resort. Spa packages were such amazing experience, and easy to pop the sky lounge next door for a drink and dinner afterwards. Preferred food at the sky lounge over the restaurant. Breakfast at the restaurant is an amazing spread though and top quality. And cappuccinos were great too.

Cons: Wish staff could spend a bit of time each day removing the rubbish that washed up with the high tide. Such beautiful scenery spoiled a little by having to step over a Coke bottle etc.
