Pros: Great location on the sea side open area and fresh everything modern. nice stuff incredible friendly thanks to everyone definitely if I am back to Patong I will definitely stay here again .!

Cons: To getting know how to open cold and hot water was to be honest wasn’t easy to know exactly which way to turn to buttons I wish they could make it easier for people . And also could be better if they could put some where on balcony hanger for our wet clothes.! But those things absolutely not big deal or problems for us it was just a offer

Pros: The staff were incredible! They were so kind and helpful, and accommodated our every need. The pool was amazing, and the views were even better! The room was extremely spacious and modern. The bed was huge too! It was lovely to see elephants being walked every night at sunset and sunrise. I cant stress enough how unbelievable the view was. This is a great hotel for you if you're after a relaxing pool-side holiday. I will come back next time im in thailand.

Cons: The road was very noisy. We could hear cars from our room and even louder from the pool. I am aware there isnt anything that cna be done to resolve this issue, and hardly changed my view of the hotel. The location is a bit difficult, as the main road is hard to walk on, but it is doable. It was sometimes hard to get a tuk tuk into patong, but there is hotel transport available. The lounges by the pool filled up pretty quickly as there werent many. Some didnt have shade or umbrellas either. Breakfast really needs some improvement though. We paid for 7 days with breakfasts included and only ate there 2 times as it really wasnt good.

Pros: Amazing oceanfront view, very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, beautiful infinity pool, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The location is peaceful and perfect for rest.

Cons: The hotel is a bit far from the main areas of Patong, so transport is needed. Some facilities could be improved and food options are limited nearby.

Pros: The views from the pool were incredible, rooms were beautiful and clean. Huge bed and very comfortable. The staff were so kind and friendly. Great breakfast, always a lovely greeting.

Cons: Couldn’t walk to many things at all really as the road is a bit dangerous and no side access to walk. This was the only downfall but dint matter to us. We just take a Tuk Tuk to town.

New Years celebrations

Pros: Quiet location , nice pool , big room with seaview, good service and not far from Patong if you like some nightlife . I start the New Year the best possible .
