Pros: We had seen mixed reviews but it was amazing. Little touches everywhere, plus a great design to be able to get to the top of the hill to the bottom without transport. Pool room great, and a good gym. Oh and one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a hotel. Congratulations guys. Great stuff. We will be back.

Cons: Nothing. The negative dimmers about the cold pools is really not correct… it was lovely to cool down there after a day in the sun.

The rooms are spacious and have all amenities you need, however the staff can be rude for example we booked the airport

Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay Pool Suite

Pros: I enjoyed my pool suite very much. The pool was lovely. Breakfast spread was a wide variety and delicious.

Cons: My room was very far from the welcome lobby. The concierge messed up my airport transfer booking and did not apologise. However, they organized my replacement transport immediately.

Pros: The resort is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. Everything about the place feels relaxing and welcoming. A special thanks to Osama for his excellent service , kindness, and professionalism. His warm welcome, polite manners, and beautiful smile truly made the experience even more special. Highly recommended

We loved the facilities and the location of the hotel.

Pros: The check in process was very slow and we didn't get the rooms close by on our first night. After complaining about it, we were moved to close by rooms from next day. The receptionist seemed very annoyed with every question we asked. The other hotel staff during our stay and the receptionist at the check out counter was very pleasant and helpful. Only the welcoming at the hotel was very poor but overall our experience was amazing.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean. The staff are extremely polite and respectful. The location is a bit far from Patong, but it’s not an issue at all—only about a 10-minute drive. The sea view is absolutely stunning. Mr. Osama from Egypt very kind person and helpful

Pros: Staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the communal facilities were great. Good food & quick service! Once we upgraded, the pool villa room was incredible.

Cons: Originally we had a hotel room, the room was noisy from the road, the view was great but you couldnt see it unless on the balcony and it was slightly mouldy. We upgraded to the pool villa on our third night and that was incredible, but expensive. It also feels like there are staff members always trying to sell you something e.g. dinners at the restaurant/events at the hotel/asking you to sit in on a 1.5hr presentation. You can't really walk to many places nearby because of the road it's on, so if you want to go out for lunch or dinner, you need to get a Taxi.
