The Charm Resort Phuket

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at The Charm Resort. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the rooftop pool was a real highlight. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help. The location is perfect, exactly what we needed close to everything but still peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Besides being beautiful, very clean and super comfortable, the room service was fast and the staff were totally attentive and friendly. I ordered a floating breakfast for my birthday and it was incredible!

Pros: The location and staff are excellent, a special mention to may behind the bar,always a smile and the best cocktail maker by far, breakfast is vast and varied and always fresh fruit.

Cons: smoking cannabis is not permitted but it seems if you are russian it is acceptable by the rooftop pool.

Christmas stay

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, and housekeeping was excellent!

Cons: We stayed in the executive suite and the hot tub took way too long to fill, hardly any water pressure. Very minor inconvenience but everything else about this resort is exceptional

Great value for money

Pros: Really good room on two floors which gave plenty of space for us and the 2 kids. Breakfast was ok but have had better. The pool was lovely and the location was good.

Pros: Lovely hotel. Nice staff. Rooms were gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. Swim-up pool room was great when you just want to relax or cool-off but we did only use it about 3 times or so. Pool area was great with great views and a swim-up bar. Good location close to Patong beach and about 15 min walk from bangala road.

Cons: Sometimes noisy with bangala road nearby. Some tuk tuks play loud music when dropping off later at night so possibly worth having a security person telling the drivers to turn music off of down when approaching the hotel. Might also be good for hotel staff to tell the guests to consider their volume as well at night. Also, it would have been amazing to have a smart TV in the room but a minor thing really.

Very nice!

Pros: The hotel staff is really friendly, and the hotel is close to everything you need in Patong. Quite a busy area but still not bothered about it in the evenings. Nice pool, very good service and nice food.

Pros: Staff was very good and always helpful. Swimming pool was very good and breakfast spread and quality of the food was also overall good. Excellent location near Patong beach. And they also have a shuttle service twice a day to Jungceylon mall, which makes it going there comfortable, if one wants to visit the mall

Cons: Lighting was poor in the rooms. Natural lighting was good and fine. Electricity lighting/illumination was very poor, and should be looked to improve. Eg very difficult to read post sunset. Same for bathroom in terms of lighting

Very good location but needs little bit renovation.

Pros: Location is perfect. If you want good sunbeds in beach I suggest to walk and rent them before you go to eat. Breakfast was delicious. Good sidewalks and you can walk to center. Not so many russians.

Cons: Shower was very old school and water temperature varied by minute. Pool access room means really narrow pool with no access to bigger pool (so you can just swim little bit and peek to another windows). Last night some weird electric error and lamp switches didn’t work. AC is not very cold.
