CA Hotel and Residence Phuket - SHA Extra Plus

Nice choice for a peaceful stay.

Pros: Very clean, kind reception staff, amazing cleaning staff, near 7/11 which was great.

Cons: Perhaps it would be better if the breakfast is different, not limited to only 5 things from a menu.

A comfortable stay with great service.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming, which really made a difference to our experience. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Hotel was lovely staff were friendly pool and gym were a bonus but the location wasn’t good for us as too remote.

Pros: The property seemed newly renovated was clean and modern and our room was huge !

Cons: The location was too remote for us we had to taxi everywhere as only place close by was a 7/11

Value for money

Pros: We stayed 1 night due to transfer, was perfect as it's close to the bus terminal, and there are stores and caffes around. Clean and spacious room, nice view. Pool and rooftop pretty great too

Cons: Bed was a bit too hard.

Pros: All Staff is really polite and helpful. Pool was clean , rooms are large with all facilities

Pros: Our room was huge and very comfortable. Quiet location and beautiful pool. Gym looked good but didn't use. Renovations were going on but did not bother us at all. We found it a very easy walk to bus station and there are heaps of places to eat and convenient store very close by.

Clean, near to bus station, comfortable mattresses

Pros: Clean. Spacious room with plenty of space for suitcases, etc. Beds were the best part of this stay- on the firm side but still soft enough to sink in a bit and pillows were medium height (as opposed to super high fill). Room had a small covered balcony with outside sink- perfect for hand washing clothes and hanging wet things underneath the aircon to drip dry. Pool was small but very clean. Didn't use the exercise room but it was well equipped with handweights, treadmills, stationary bikes and a few pieces of weight equipment. Located 700 meters from the Phuket Bus Terminal #2 so we could walk over there. Laundromat (hippo laundry) located at the end of the hotel driveway so it was easy to clean clothes.

Cons: Breakfast wasn't included with the room- for 100 baht we could order a plate of eggs/omelette or rice soup plus coffee and juice. A bit on the pricey side considering no fruit or vegetables included so we ate food from a nearby cafe.

Pros: Lovely hotel - pool and gym were great considering the room was so cheap. Staff were friendly and 7/11 nearby too

Top budget stay!

Pros: Great staff, esp the cleaners. Great pool and view for the price. I’ll be back!

Cons: The AC in my room was very weak, always hot in there

Pros: Pool was small but comfortable. Our room was big and clean. Morning and night staff were very kind and helpful.
