Favorite Place

Pros: Perfect place for my 4 nights in Phuket . Everything was clean and felt safe and secure. Very friendly owners. Lovely Italian restaurant at the entrance, food was excellent

Great little gem of a place

Pros: Location, was awesome, staff very welcoming and helpful, beautiful swimming pool. New owners renovating the property. The room we had was large great aircon, clean comfy bed. Close to shops, restaurants, transport and short walk to the beach.

Cons: No microwave which would have been good. More coffee satchels needed too, but when we asked for some, it was not a problem.

Pros: Location is perfect, best value for money, good stuff

Overall nice little stay and would recommend if you want somewhere chill

Pros: The place was convenient because we didn’t want to be straight in patong but close enough that we could be a 10 minute drive.

Cons: The shower is cold. There was a little leak in the ceiling but it wasn’t a big deal to be honest

Good location in a fun area. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Breakfast is acceptable, the room is a good size and clean. It was a pretty short walk to the beach and we were surrounded by restaurants and food stands. The facility backs away from the road, which meant it was pretty quiet at night, because this is a bit of a party area. We felt that we got really good value for what it cost.

Cons: I really don't have any complaints. It's not fancy, but it doesn't pretend to be. As mentioned in other reviews, our shower head had detached from the wall, so we had to hold it to have a shower. Just a little detail, but something that should be remedied.

Perfectly located, comfortable stay with friendly staff.

Pros: I booked this last minute like 20 minutes before I arrived and they had everything ready for me. The staff were very friendly. The room was a great size, very comfortable bed, and a great shower. Cute small pool which was good at the end of the day. Location is perfect for restaurants and beaches.

Very special Place

Pros: Looking back, this was one of the best stays in Thailand—and definitely the best in Phuket. It felt like having a private little house, complete with a spacious room and a lovely terrace that made for an incredibly comfortable stay. The location was perfect—tucked away just enough to feel secluded, yet only a 10-minute walk to the beach. Plus, it was conveniently close to tourist shops and restaurants, making it easy to find great places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A fantastic stay all around!

Pleasent Stay

Pros: Great Location, clean large rooms, good value for money, good staff, went back to stay after first visit, that speaks for itself!

Pros: I liked the fact that this hotel was reasonably priced a short walking distances from the small bar scene in Kata. Beaches were close by and stunning. Everything you could want or need is in close proximity. I would highly recommend hiring a motorcycle to visit some of the other beaches or visit the Big Buddha etc.

Cons: You get what you pay for. No complaints from me. I would definitely return.

Relaxing

Pros: Location is great if you want to explore the Kata area, with the beach just a short walk away. Also liked that it was a stand-alone house along a stretch which was quite close to food and massage parlours.
