Pros: Beautiful hotel, nice pool . It is situated on a mountain with a nice sea view, they operate a free bus into town which is only 5/10 minute drive away.

Cons: The 20,000 baht surprise deposit on arrival

Nice place for relaxing time

Pros: The room was very spacious with all amenities. The personal was very polite and helpful. The breakfast covered all diatery restriction. The swimming pool was a nice place to relax and enjoy a coctail next to the pool bar. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, which can transport you to Patong beach every 2 hours without any charge until 19:00, which was convenient. Last but not least, there was a 7-Eleven only 5-minute walk from the hotel, which we found very helpful.

Cons: Although the cleaning service changed our towels and cleaned the floor every day, I noticed that the WC was not getting cleaned daily. This was unexpected from a 5-star hotel. Other than that, the cleaning service covered all our needs during our stay. :) Regarding the shuttle bus, the schedule is far to sparce, with a shuttle every 2 hours, and the last tranport from Patong beach to the hotel around 22:15, which is quite early for someone who wants to go out for a coctail after the sunset (I am not talking about people who want to go out in Patong for endless party). The result was that we had to pay minimum 300 baht every time we wanted to go out.

Pros: We had a great stay at Hotel Crest. Everything was excellent, especially the friendly and helpful staff and the amazing food. We stayed in the Panorama Premium Pool Villa and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

Elevating and fabulous

Pros: One of the best hotels I’ve been in Thailand, if you have a good room position and with pool access. Nice pool and pool bar, well lit at nice sea view

Relaxing stay at the hotel with a number of amenities

Pros: Pleasant stuff. The hotel room was very large-scale. Breakfast buffet was great as well. Different restaurants are available in the hotel (not each every day though) which served tasty food.

Cons: Limited number of pool loungers which were, partially, in not a good constitution. However, it was not a problem to find a place at the pool.
